Rebecca gave great instructions for entering the apartment which made access so easy after a long day of travel. Covered parking is always a plus. The cozy fireplace and the quality linens and dishes were delightful!

Perfect stay right next to downtown. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay!

Rebecca was extremely responsive and lovely to communicate with. We were looking for a quieter location than downtown or music row, and this was the perfect setting. Quiet but easily walkable to all the attractions in Germantown. Great restaurants, also bowling, music, bars. Also walkable to downtown. The strip was lots of fun, live music and bustling at 10 AM on a Saturday. Unit was just as pictured and described. Especially appreciated the memory foam mattresses, quality linens and many pillow choices, including down. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for a weekend in Nashville! Rebecca made it easy for us, providing clear and actionable instructions. Only a 20 minute walk to Broadway, the right distance to be away from the bustle when you’re done for the day. Coffee shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

Great experience close to downtown!

Such an adorable condo! Decorations were fun & def fit the theme. The place was spotless & very welcoming.

Enjoyed the stay as home base. Close enough to a lot of things for medium walk or cheap rides. Beds slept great. 4/5 as everything was as advertised, clean, useful but nothing stood out or wow'd. Very responsive host and would book again.

The knats were a little much, but the host took care of everything, they let us in early, came and cleaned the drains for us, brought more towels and even spray for knats to stop them. Great spot wonderful communication

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Nashville! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described.

Rebecca was an excellent host. She was extremely easy to get a hold of and even quicker on her responses. The condo itself was beautiful and it fit our needs perfectly for our bachelorette. I highly recommend this condo and would enjoy working with Rebecca again.

The process from start to finish was perfect. I am not a frequent traveler and I have never stayed in a Vrbo but I can tell you this whole process set the bar very high! The condo was so clean, bright, spacious and has a perfect balcony over looking the river. Made our morning coffee and evening night cap perfect. I cannot recommend this rental enough.

Rebecca was communicative and helpful throughout the process. The place was clean and matched the description. It’s about a mile walk to Broadway, but plenty to do around the place too. I highly recommend it if you’re ever in the area.

We had a great stay! Rebecca was very responsive. We loved watching the action on the river, the nice pool, good a.c., and location.

We were in town for a concert at the Brooklyn Bowl. Perfect location. We were able to stand in line for the show and take turns going back and forth to the condo so one of us could rest while the other stayed in line. Condo was exactly as described. I was a little worried because from the outside it looks a little sketchy, but the inside was perfect. Free parking! We took uber to Broadway as it was extremely hot so walking was not an option in the 100 degree heat. Would highly recommend!

What a great place to stay. The accommodations were as listed or maybe even better. Rebecca was a great host and stayed in communication with us the whole time. It’s also very close to downtown Nashville, which we enjoyed being that close.

Place was great. About a 15 to 20 minute walk to Broadway street.
