What an incredible stay. This luxurious rental is in an ideal location with easy access to both the beach and town. MJ was a wonderful host—attentive, thoughtful, and consistently making sure everything was just right. The house itself is stunning, with every detail beautifully considered. It manages to feel both elevated and wonderfully comfortable. There’s plenty of room inside and out, so everyone could spread out and enjoy their own quiet space. The balconies, with their views and cozy fire pit, quickly became one of our favorite spots to unwind. The kitchen is exceptional—stylish, well-equipped, and perfect for preparing group meals. The large dining table set the scene for so many memorable moments together. I’m already looking forward to returning to this peaceful oasis in Port Aransas.

It was hands-down one of the most fun, memorable vacations we’ve had as a family. From the moment we arrived, the house just worked for relaxing, hanging out, and making memories. The third-floor patio deserves its own standing ovation. The massive sectional sofa with the fire pit in the center was where we basically lived. Being on the front side of the home made such a difference. it was perfectly sheltered from the ocean wind, so we weren’t getting sandblasted the whole time. We watched Home Alone and Gremlins up there, fire going, TV on, ocean air without the chaos..…and at some point several of us just fell asleep right on the patio. That alone tells you how comfortable and peaceful it was. The heated pool, barbecue grill, and game system kept everyone entertained, and there was never a dull moment. The views are unreal......between the balconies and the crow’s nest, you get panoramic scenery that honestly feels unbeatable at any time of day. This home is beautifully set up, incredibly comfortable, and clearly designed for people to actually enjoy being together. We laughed a lot, relaxed even more, and didn’t want to leave. An absolutely unbeatable vacation. 10/10 would stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

My family and I loved everything about this home. It came fully stocked with everything you could possibly think of. The private heated pool was a huge plus with the chilly weather. Very clean, plenty of space to spread out. Highly recommend!

This home in Palmilla is truly exquisite. The nicest home in the resort. Every room is amazing. The decor is warm and elegantly done. I won't stay anywhere else in Port Aransas after renting this home. We will definitely be back this year. G

If you are looking for the ultimate beach get away then this is it! I just returned home from a girls trip and saying we didn’t want to leave is an understatement. The property itself is stunning with beautiful ocean views. The bedrooms are beautifully appointed with en-suite bathrooms. The heated pool was an extra bonus. While the ocean is a short walk (or golf cart ride) away, the private community pools made it a resort type experience. Book now and I promise you won’t be disappointed!

The open-concept living area was perfect for gathering, and the fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare meals together, which we loved. Each bedroom was tastefully decorated, providing a cozy retreat at the end of our busy days. The kids especially loved the bunk room! **Amenities: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ** This rental came with a host of amenities that enhanced our stay. The numerous patios were a highlight, featuring outdoor seating, a tv and fire pit. The pool was an added bonus and the kids loved the game room. This home is located within the Palmilla Community with access to their pool and restaurants. You can even pay Palmilla to set out beach chairs and umbrellas each day of your stay! **Cleanliness: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** The property was immaculate upon our arrival. It was clear that the hosts prioritized cleanliness, which gave us peace of mind, especially with kids running around. The attention to detail in maintaining the property was evident. **Host Communication: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing us with useful local tips and recommendations. Their hospitality truly enhanced our experience, making us feel valued as guests. In summary, our family vacation at this Port Aransas rental was a resounding success. My family had the most memorable family reunion at Palmilla Pearl. Twenty-two family members ranging from three months to seventy-one years old gathered at this home, which was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, it felt warm, welcoming, comfortable, and safe for all of our toddler-age children. The layout of this beautifully decorated home gave us plenty of space to gather, laugh, and share meals in the state-of-the-art kitchen, yet provided several places to retreat for private time. Several highlights of this lovely home included a third-floor patio with a charming fire pit and an eighty-five-inch screen TV where most family members gathered comfortably at the end of the day. Additionally, the heated pool was a hit with the kids, yet also provided entertainment for the adults via an outdoor TV. The outdoor ping-pong table also provided hours of entertainment for all ages. The game room is equipped with a console that both children and adults really enjoyed. It was also very convenient to charge our electric car in the garage. Clearly, the host truly cares about their guests' experience with all the comforts of home provided! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with our family.
