Amy came to our Airbnb with the perfect set up and led 5 of us thru a beautiful sound bath by the pool. It was the perfect start to our girls weekend in Palm Springs. Amy was timely, professional and had the best vibe ever. I would highly recommend Amy. Next year she will be doing sound bath and yoga with us!

Amy came to the Airbnb where I was staying with a group of lifelong friends and created a one-hour sound bath journey tailored specifically to our bond. The experience was truly transformational—it deepened our connection and brought us even closer together. Amy’s thoughtful, intuitive approach made it feel so personal and meaningful. Amy was just what the Sistafest tribe needed on a sunny Saturday San Diego morning to bring some zen to our rambunctious crew. She had everything with her including water bottles and towels, and the calming energy to help us achieve a perfect zen state with just the right mix of moves to begin our day. We it! If you need an on-site instructor- Amy is a must!

Don't think twice about working with Amy. She was perfect in so many ways. Amy leaded our bachelorette private yoga session. Since the rain made it unideal to work in the backyard, she was able to find a studio space for us, free of charge. Amy was receptive to our requests from type of yoga class to music/artists to play. She lead a good hybrid of yoga/barre/meditation and our bride couldn't be more pleased. Can't say enough good things!!

I hired Amy for a private Bachelorette yoga session and it was the best decision I could have made!!! We did yoga on the beach. Amy was super sweet and made the entire group feel extremely comfortable and welcomed! Her flow was also amazing and great for all levels! I would definitely recommend Amy and I cannot wait to schedule another private session soon!

Amy was my first Yoga experience and I have to say.... she has definitely converted me to a yogi! As my first experience she exceled at showing the basics. She also has the best teacher voice I've heard which makes things easy to understand. I would recommend her to anyone any day, Amy is the best! thank you

My husband and I visited San Diego this July and we booked a private yoga session on the beach with Amy and it was Amazing! It was the perfect class for to start off our vacation! She was full of great energy and it was such an amazing way to start off our vacation! Any time I'm in SD I'll make sure to get in a class with her!

Great yoga instructor that is super kind! She came out to our air bnb for a bachelorette party and was amazing. She took it at our own pace since we were beginners. Definitely recommend!

Highly recommend Amy and her business! We worked with Amy to plan a private morning yoga event on our wedding day and she was so easy to work with. She had mats that could be brought for all of the attendees, knew of a few public park areas where we could do yoga, and was really flexible on scheduling. About a week before, she unfortunately had something come up but had her colleague Danielle step in. Danielle was wonderful...it was a perfect practice that was accessible to all! The wedding morning flow was just what we were hoping for before the busy day.

I was the MOH for a bachelorette and booked Amy. To start- She was so wonderful during the booking process. I was in the the middle of the move and was not on top of responding and she still was working with me. The bride had a wonderful time. Amy explained modifications so well. She made everyone feel welcome. I have a little experience and some us are beginners. I like how she had so many options for all the moves. She also has a wonderful voice. It was perfect for slow flow yoga. It was very relaxing. I did enjoy the fortunes at the ends. It was a nice little surprise!

Amy led a private class for my best friend's bachelorette party. She made the experience so special and everyone left feeling so excited for the weekend ahead! We loved that she had everyone set an intention at the beginning, had nice music playing on her speaker, took pictures along the way (and after class) and was overall just a genuinely wonderful person! Would recommend her to everyone!
