Soothe Sailing

Wow...what a wonderful experience! Beautiful day with an amazing crew and lovely sailboat! The meditation was incredibly therapeutic! Thank you! Can't wait to come back for more!

Such an amazing experience, I can't recommend this enough! Holly has the most calming presence. We all put our phones away which we were so resistant to but we quickly realized this was the best thing we could do. Holly made the whole group feel so comfortable and told us exactly what we would be doing. She led us through a beautiful meditation followed by quiet time for ourselves where we could journal, stare out at the horizon, move, or close our eyes. She provided light snacks and cold towels, along with ice cold cucumber water in reusable bottles. This was a nourishing and refreshing experience. Don't sleep on this opportunity, it's the best!

This was one of the most beautiful, serene and calming experiences I have had in a long time. Holly has such a loving presence and knowledge of the water surrounding Charleston. From the second we stepped on the boat I felt at ease and left feeling lighter and more grounded. She went our of her way to make sure we were all comfortable and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this experience!!

This was my second sail with Holly and it was even better than the first time!!! Despite weather being a potential concern for the time of our sail, Holly communicated with us so well, and we were able to go out on the water, and it was PERFECT! It all worked out beautifully! The whole experience start to finish is SO special, so unique, and so different than anything else you could do on the water. Holly lovingly guides the meditation, the teachings, the experience, even the snacks + amenities with such mastery! I highly recommend booking this experience for a conscious bachelorette party experience, an outing with a group of friends, a retreat, a team building experience, or just because you desire to have a new experience that cultivates presence and connection to nature from a new perspective!

The sailing experience was truly exceptional. Far more than just time on the water. The seamless blend of mindful meditation with sailing created a calm, grounding atmosphere. Had my first ever sail with Holly during some emotionally challenging times and I can’t wait to be back on the East coast to go again. Our sail was during sunset and I loved the connection and peace I felt, and how helpful the reflections were. I remember and always go back to the word “tacking” as its meaning connects so much to life itself. We really enjoyed our time with Soothe Sailing! Our host, Holly, was easy to communicate with, made sure to have a safe snack prepared for a dietary restriction, and tailored the meditation portion of the sail to our experience level so it wasn’t too structured. Holly also sent us with a little gift and we found ourselves discussing the benefits of the excursion afterwards. It was very comfortable and exactly what we needed! We were grateful to try something new and we made a friend in Charleston.
