We had a great time on the pedal pontoon celebrating my husband's birthday. The Captain arrived on time, and had the coolers packed with ice and ready for us. They were very knowledgeable on the history of the river and the city. They also had us stop for a great photo opportunity. I highly recommend for a small group!

One of the absolute highlights of our group trip to Nashville! Virginia and Elliot were fabulous and went above and beyond to help our group have an enjoyable 1.5 cruise on the Cumberland River. They cued up a playlist of songs our group wanted to sing along to, took a fabulous group picture , provided a microphone for those who needed to feel like they were getting their Nashville solo on, sold me a shirt - after an unfortunate shotgunning incident :), told us some interesting facts about the local area, and even tried really hard to book us a dinner reservation for 15 (**book early if this is how big your group is!).

Captain V and Eliot were so awesome! They made the ride very entertaining, we’re extremely accommodating and great photographers. Highly recommend the sunset cruise for a beautiful view of Nashville on the water.

River voyage was so much fun! Captain Levi and his first mate really made it great. We had a very memorable time!

We had a phenomenal time on the boat! We were singing, dancing (even though we were supposed to be peddling lol), and enjoying cold drinks on a hot sunny day! The boat it BYOB and they provided coolers with ice. Our 2 captains (the lady from Miami and the guy with the long hair, I’m so so sorry I cannot remember your names) were wonderful! They were very friendly and so informative about the history of the river and Nashville! I would definitely recommend this as a must do activity if you’re in Nashville!

We had an amazing time! We booked a private pontoon for a birthday party. Everyone really enjoyed themselves! Levi and Elliott were amazing! They were kind and took pictures for us. They played the best music and gave us a little history lesson! I was really the best time we could have asked for. Can’t wait to do it again!

We really debated between going with the pedal boat or the pedal bikes on Broadway. So glad we went with the boat! We had a great group of people, the captain & the guide kept the music going with all-requests playlists! We had a great time!

Just completed our 3 mile float on the Cumberland River and it was awesome! Great experience, saw an eagle, turtles, a crane, and a baby raccoon. It was very laid back and relaxing! I would highly recommend this activity! Had a great time!

The pontoon was so memorable. Peaceful background, fun yet educational history, good music, wonderful people, it was great vibes all around! It was so worth it! Turn on your smart watch to track the activity ;)

I booked this during my boyfriend’s birthday weekend trip and it was awesome! It was so much fun! Most definitely glad I chose this over the bike pedal bars. Elliott and the Captain/owner (can’t remember her name, sorry!) were great! They took our song requests and gave a tour of things we would see along the River! I would HIGHLY recommend booking this experience!

We had a great experience with River Queen Voyages. We decided to go with the tandem kayak scavenger hunt and it was worth it. I highly recommend it for those that have gone kayaking before and enjoy a challenge because you start upstream and once you solve the first two clues you can turn and head downstream. Totally a great time!

The staff was helpful and didn’t mind my multiple phone calls. They’re flexible and filled with the flow to accommodate me on my solo journey down the river. I appreciate Mac! Water was cold and refreshing. The trip took me about 75 minutes and I actively paddled most of the way.

My 90 minute out and back kayak adventure on the Cumberland River was a great way to get away from the noise of downtown. One of the workers squeezed me in as a walk up. This was just what I needed!

Absolutely beautiful. Everyone is so lovely and friendly. The water is beautiful and we saw lots of turtles! Will recommend to everyone!

We live in Nashville and finally decided to take a trip on the Cumberland. We LOVED our kayaking journey with River Queen Voyages! It was easy to book through their website and they had openings the night before we went. They texted us day of to coordinate, and were very flexible with the event at Nissan Stadium that day. All the staff were so kind, informative, and helpful! We will definitely be doing this again.

We did this as the last group activity, Nashville girls weekend. We were shuttled to the location with our kayaks, dropped off in the water and floated back downstream to the start. We could have made it more challenging by kayaking and getting out in the river, but we chose to relax and soak in every last minute of talking laughter, and girl time. The crew was wonderful and I highly recommend this company if you’re down in Nashville and wanna kayak. Very pretty very serene wonderful experience.

Super easy and fun way to enjoy Nashville’s downtown riverfront. The staff is so helpful and makes it so easy that I often don’t even get my feet wet. Kayaks are very comfortable and stable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The kayaks were well maintained and in great shape. The 1.5 hr out and end trip was a great start to a fun filled day in Nashville. Only down side is the parking is a bit confusing, park in lot r at the Nissan stadium and look for their tent and vans. look forward to next trip

Emily, our guide, was great! Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and took a bunch of pictures of us. Everyone else on the team was also lovely, the trip was very organized, and the kayaks were great—moved through the water very easily even when half full of water from the pouring rainstorm we got caught in (which was very fun! Made it more of any adventure!). Highly recommend the scavenger hunt option for anyone who wants to check out the Cumberland at greater length. —Paige

Amazing! We were running late and they were so accommodating. The current was too strong to do an out and back, so they called us back and switched us to just paddling down the river and drove us. Great hospitality and amazing experience!!

I drove to Nashville from Canada and wanted to do something fun with my local friend for my birthday on September 6... kayaking on the Cumberland River was awesome! Thanks to Billy and Emily for their professionalism and great service, we loved it!

The package was well organized and easy to follow. The guides were friendly and informative. They made the drop-off go smoothly. We knew where to arrive and the guides were ready for us to take the gear back. Great group!

Really enjoyed a relaxing trip up and down the Cumberland on the 4 person Fiesta. Well organised, friendly and efficient staff and the Pedal Kayak was easy to use. Highly recommended!

What a great adventure in the middle of a great day touring Nashville. You are still right I'm the heart of the city off of Broadway, but enjoy some quite on the Cumberland! The ride was the break we needed on our trip! Don't do the street bike/bar tour do this! You don't really need to peddle if you don't want! Captain Levi and Second in Charge Elliott were incredible tour guides!

Enjoyable and peaceful boat ride. Jimbo is very knowledgeable and Captain Terri is a lot of fun. Highly recommend this boat tour!! I would certainly do it again.

The Captain and First mate did an awesome job! They provided some interesting history of the river and region, they took music requests, took pictures for us, and most importantly got us safely up the river and back. A fun time had by all in our group!

This was such a fun experience and I cannot wait to do it again! My friend and I did the RQV Kayaking scavenger hunt and it was the perfect way to spend our Sunday afternoon. The guides are great and provide everything you'll need for the excursion. My friend and I are both Nashville locals and we still loved kayaking down the Cumberland - so this is a perfect activity regardless of if you live in Nashville or are visiting from out of town. We are both beginner kayakers, but the distance and the time of the activity was just right, and it made everything enjoyable and a good experience. Can't wait to kayak from Shelby park to downtown Nashville again!

Captain Levi and Elliot were both great. We had a relaxing cruise on the Cumberland River and saw the beautiful Nashville skyline. Both Levi and Elliot were extremely knowledgeable about the river and we enjoyed seeing a blue heron during our cruise. We highly recommend this cruise

Captain Annie & Elliott were fantastic on our pedal pontoon ride earlier this week! Super fun, helpful, and inclusive. Along with dj'ing some great tunes, they gave us a few fun facts along the river ride. We had originally tried to book a different time slot, but unfortunately, not enough people signed up for that one. They worked fast to get us on a different cruise the same day, so it all worked out great! I booked this for my cousin who was getting married, and they made her feel very special. She had a great time, so thank you again! Two items to note for anyone looking to book with them (which you should!): *They provide the coolers and ice onboard in the center of the pedal seats, but it's BYOB. Dont forget to bring yourself a drink! *Make sure you take the opportunity to use the Bridge Building restroom prior to the cruise. There's only an emergency toilet onboard (no enclosed bathroom). It's completely unrelated, but i recommend walking across the pedestrian footbridge for some great views of downtown Nashville before or after your pedal pontoon cruise!
