Rolling Tap Co. brings a custom-built four-tap draft trailer to weddings, corporate events, and private parties across Austin, serving draft beer, cocktails, kombucha, cold brew, and same-day lemonade from one mobile bar setup. The CO2-powered system runs without a generator or electrical hookup, so the trailer can set up in barns, fields, rooftops, or driveways where a traditional bar service could not. Every booking is built around the client's guest count and drink preferences, and every event includes free refreshments served to patrons who cannot pay. Fully insured and permitted, the team handles setup, pouring, and cleanup so hosts can focus on their guests instead of logistics.
