Haus and Host

This home was designed beautifully to cater to a big group. There was no hassle for anything and everything we needed during our stay was available! We had an amazing time and our boys enjoyed every little feature from movies, home games and even coloring books! We would most definitely recommend this place!! Our absolute favorite thing is the room designs!

This place is just like the photos. We were there for a Bachlorette with 14 women and all got our own beds. The showers were nice water pressure and temperature. Beds comfortable and clean, kitchen has a lot of kitchen stuff for cooking at home if not wanting to go out to eat. Right next door to Schlitterbahn (we didn’t do this) but if you want to be close to it this is the place to be! We had a really nice time and enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend to stay here when staying with a big group/couple of families.

This is an awesome place to stay especially if you have a big group! The way the space is laid out and the amount of beds, gave us plenty of room for our group of 10 to sleep. The host was very proactive in response to any questions. In addition the place is close enough to the Comal that we could walk to and from to float. I highly recommend this house if you have a large group and you want to float or go to Schlitterbahn. Also, there is plenty of parking for your large group. We will booking this place again.

Very cozy and comfortable home that was the perfect spot for our girls weekend at Wurstfest. We rented the golf cart which gave us easy access to downtown shopping and Wurstfest. Home’s design inside was very well done.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!! Super cute house with everything we needed for our weekend getaway. We would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again in the future!

House is exactly as pictured. Lots of room for our large family. Walkable to downtown and parks. Games, movies inside and a swingset/playset outside. We enjoyed our time and would stay again if we visit the area.

Nice location right across from the main Schlitterbahn entrance and close to all the cute bars and restaurants in "downtown" NB. We especially liked the large fully fenced backyard for our dogs.

This place was awesome! Totally worthwhile to spend the weekend in New Braunfels! Awesome location right next to Schlitterbahn and the Comal, as well as very close to downtown NB! Super fun for our big group and definitely had room to bring even more people! Meagan was very helpful with the booking, check-in, & check-out and gave us great recommendations for stuff to do in NB! 10/10!

Great location for Wurstfest, river fun and all that New Braunfels has to offer!

This was the perfect place for our family gathering. Everybody got a bed, and every bedroom has a bathroom!! Having two kitchens was an added bonus. Being so close to downtown and the river makes everything easy. And, of course, we loved being on the river.

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We would absolutely stay here again. Great communication with Meagan! Thanks!

We had an awesome time on the river. Location was great, area was peaceful, house was spacious and had everything we needed. Outdoor space was exceptionally clean and well maintained. We took eight kids and had a blast!

Enjoyed our stay at Megan’s place! Loved that we were right on the river! Great location close to downtown! Very spacious and comfortable! Will be back! Also enjoyed seeing deer in the mornings!

Wonderful stay just walking distance from the river. Felt extremely homey and comfortable, with all of the amenities for a relaxing weekend. Extremely helpful host, with quick responses. Aready considering coming back!

The house was great for our activity. There were lots of activities for different interests very close to the house. Beds were comfortable and the houses were very clean. There were quick responses when we had questions. We were extremely pleased and would come back again.

We loved having our reunion weekend here, many families can fit comfortably here, we loved the outdoor space for the kiddos to run around!

We had a bachelorette party here over labor day. 13 girls stayed at the Zink Haus. We loved the convenient location, the layout of the property, and how great it was for the activities we planned. The house was very homey, and felt like it's own little compound. We spent a lot of time here hanging out on the back porch/patio as it is a huge space for everyone gather. Meagan and her team were also incredibly responsive and helpful through out the process. I would recommend this property, especially for large groups.

The three houses were great for a large party. Location was great and walking distance to everything we needed.
