We booked a personalized yoga session with Courtney through for a Mother’s Day celebration, and it exceeded all expectations! Our instructor was incredible—she created a calm, welcoming environment and tailored the session perfectly to accommodate the different yoga experience levels in our group. From beginners to more experienced yogis, everyone felt supported and engaged. The flow was gentle yet energizing, and the thoughtful pacing made it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy the moment. It was such a meaningful and peaceful way to celebrate Mother’s Day together. Highly recommend for anyone looking to create a memorable and restorative group experience!

We had a wonderful experience at Flow with Coco for my private birthday session. My friends and I had varying levels of experience with yoga, but everyone found it to be really good session. Courtney gave very clear guidance on the movements which definitely helped with the flow. Also the vibes were high, from the serene space to the music playlist. Did I mention that we also had a workout? 10/10 recommend.

If I could choose more highlights , I would! I hosted a self-care Sunday party for my 30th birthday and she led about 25 women in an r&b yoga session on a rooftop everyone loves the session and love her! Prior to that I visited her new studio where she let a session with me and my boyfriend. The studio was perfect and so was she . I am so happy to have found Courtney. She has the sweetest spirit and you can feel that through messages. Meeting her in person was even better !

We rented a beautiful Mansion on the Chesapeake Bay for the Superbowl weekend. I wanted all my guests to be sble to relax and unwind and I thoYoga would be the best Vibe. Coco was my best choice by far!!! She was great, she was on time, completely prepared with mats for all she greeted us as if we knew each other for years. Coco was so patient with everyone. She was hands on and helped everyone with positioning to get the best results. We all felt so relaxed and limber after our class. I highly recommend Flow with Coco.

We hired Coco for a bachelorette party and it was the perfect way to start the weekend! She had amazing music and a good amount of intensity to pump up the weekend, but was good for all levels of difficulty. Would definitely recommend for a private event!
