I just love the sound baths and meditations here! They Soothe my soul and the studio has incredible vibes! Outside is a beautiful breeze way where you feel the ocean breeze and see the big Galveston sky! Ocea and Shawn lead amazing meditations and healing sound baths! I highly recommend to anyone to go experience this bliss! Inside is decked out with healing crystals and healing tools that will suit your needs. These gals are so welcoming and truly embody their teachings and healing energy. You will be hooked. Thanks Ocea and Shawn and the entire Galveston Holistic Team for taking care of us!

We had Shawn and her team come to our house and do a soundbath and massages. The sound bath was incredible followed by relaxing massages. Shawn was very communicative. We will call them next time we are in Galveston.

I was lucky enough to find Shelly on our Thanksgiving trip to Galveston! She has a great studio mid island. She was amazing , really listened to the issues I was having & adjusted her massage to my needs. 10/10 would recommend & will definitely see her every time my family travels to Galveston!

Shelly is wonderful! I’ve dealt with constant discomfort and pain in my back for several years due to scoliosis, and I have only recently been able to get some relief after finding her. She truly cares about her clients, their comfort, and healing. She goes above and beyond, and I would recommend her to anyone!

The attention to my personal needs were addressed. I have a number of skeletal and soft tissue issues. We discussed what my personal health goals are with massage. Even with a home visit, hot rocks and towels were used. I need to make Mermieux etre part of my regular well-being routine going forward!

I have been getting regular massages from Shelly for about 6 months now. I can't imagine going to anyone else now. She is just that good. She is working out and correcting issues that I have let build up over time, and I am feeling better than I have in years. She is professional yet still personable.

Shawn is an outstanding Pilates instructor! She’s patiently helping me to strengthen my hip after being injured in the military. I’ve noticed an immense difference in my strength and mobility since starting to train with her. Highly recommend her.
