Booked a bachelor party with another company (Chicago Tiki Boat, STAY FAR AWAY) and they canceled on us the day before the party, leaving me scrambling to find another boat for a beautiful Saturday in the summer with less than 24 hours' notice-- a damn near impossible task. I called Island Party Boat and worked with Diane who provided FANTASTIC customer service. Diane went above and beyond to brainstorm some creative solutions to our dilemma, and ended up finding a boat for us. She provided excellent communication throughout the entire process, was attentive, patient, understanding, and kind. We were about to cancel the party altogether, but Diane made it happen. The boat was spacious and clean, with plenty of room for social distancing. It had a great bar, slide, and awesome staff. The price point for a private boat and open bar package was unbeatable. HUGE thank you to Diane and Island Party Boat staff for saving the day!
What an experience!! It’s my birthday so I tried something new and captain Matt and Q made the cruise more than memorable for me! The drinks were amazing on top of the excellent customer service. Q, thanks for recommending some tasty treats! I’ll definitely come back
We had such a lovely time plying the Chicago River from the lakefront to the edges of Chinatown. I especially liked Miss Kat, she was so welcoming and friendly, as were all the crew.
The other tiki boat company cancelled at the last minute and this company came through with a nice boat and great captain, it ended up being a great time!
Went on an evening Tiki ride with Captain Rob, Madalynn, Roland, and Chris and they were amazing! They were so friendly and created an incredibly chill vibe and atmosphere! Paired with the scenic river views with the sun setting… perfect evening outing!
Had a great time with Q!!! Best bartender. Captain and crew were all lovely. Would definitely recommend a sunday cruise with this company! Great service, beautiful big boat with tons of space. Wonderful times all around in Chicago with Island Party Boat.

It was our 40th anniversary celebration, and it could not have been better. It was epic!!! Throughout the planning, I kept in contact with Robert. Robert was always very helpful and respectful. Sam, the captain of the Gran Luau Boat, was very friendly. We had a live band, "Tiki Lewis Music," on the boat, and Sam and staff were very accommodating. There was even fireworks. Definitely an enjoyable evening. I highly recommend the Island Party Boat to anyone who would like to have fun.

We rented the entire boat for a big birthday celebration. Everyone on staff were VERY nice. We did purchase the drink package. We brought lots of food. The captian was great and making sure we weren't getting splashed by other boats. The boat staff on the top gave us interesting facts about Chicago as we went along. We stopped for a little swim and LOVED It - kids and grown ups alike. Yes, it isn't cheap, but completely worth it for a few hrs of fun! THANK YOU!

I took my Mom on this boat to celebrate her 62nd birthday and we had a blast! GET THE OPEN BAR PACKAGE; the bartender Q will certainly take care of you! This was an awesome experience! We’ll be back!
