Love love BODYROK!! The studio is so spacious and clean, all the instructors are pretty clear and helpful and you will always walk out feeling great after getting a kick ass workout! I’ve tried Pilates at other studios but none of them compare to Bodyrok, the classes are upbeat, fun and they always change it up. This location has many reformers and showers + getting ready area in the bathroom. My studio is in north OC but I always book a class here when I’m in the area, wish I could come more often. Highly recommend checking it out, you will be hooked!
