Wakesurf Tampa provided an absolutely incredible experience! From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and passionate about ensuring we had an unforgettable time on the water. The instructors were patient and skilled, offering personalized tips that helped everyone in our group, from beginners to seasoned riders, improve and have a blast. The boat was top-notch, the equipment was in perfect condition, and the vibe was pure fun. The beautiful Tampa Bay backdrop only added to the thrill. Our experience began when I spoke to Spence on the phone, he was so knowledgeable and helped me book the adventure that was right for our family. On the water, we had an amazing time with Michael and Brin! We were their 7th and last charter of the day and you would’ve thought we were their first! They kept us out to the bitter end! Our 3 kids were taught to wakesurf and had a great time tubing! Our children are tough critics, most things are fine or okay, but they all loved it! The most difficult one to please gave them a rating: 11 out of 10! We will definitely be back!!
I thought I’d tried every watersport until wakesurfing blew my mind. If you’ve never tried wakesurfing, you’re seriously missing out! It’s like the perfect blend of wakeboarding and surfing, but without the frustrations that usually come with learning to surf. There’s nothing quite like riding a never-ending wave right behind a boat, it’s a feeling that’s almost impossible to put into words. The team at Wakesurf Tampa made the experience amazing. From the expert instruction to the laid-back, encouraging vibe on the boat, everything was top-notch. Whether you’re brand new or just curious, do yourself a favor and give it a try. You won’t be disappointed! It’s hands down one of the most exhilarating water sports I’ve ever experienced.
Had an awesome time with Wakesurf Tampa! The whole experience couldn’t have gone any better. Spence was a top-notch instructor—super chill, clear communicator, and made learning easy and fun. 10/10 would definitely recommend if you’re looking to get out on the water and learn to wakesurf.

Wow! Words can’t describe this amazing experience but I’ll do my best!!! The boat pulled up and it was absolutely beautiful, clean and like new! They had everything you would need to have an amazing water sports experience! They had all different types of boards and sizes for everyone, ice cold water and an amazing sound system to rock your favorite tunes! Captain Spence was the epitome of first class customer service! He even made specific maneuvers to ensure a smooth ride for our infant. First class, top notch across the board! If you’re looking for a memory that with last a lifetime book your experience today! Amazing time with Brett and Spence! We did an afternoon on the water collecting shells at Honeymoon Island and tubing! When your 15 and 12 year old kids says they had fun, you know it is a 5 star day!!

Wakesurf Tampa was a 12/10 experience! Frankie and his crew were not only top notch coaches, but were personable and an absolute blast !!!!! At first we were nervous and didn’t think we would be able to succeed but thanks to wake surf they motivated us and walked us step by step through the whole experience. By FAR my favorite people to wakesurf with!! Spence and Frank go above and beyond to ensure that my family and I have the best time. We come down from Boston quite a bit to wakesurf with Wakesurf Tampa. Spence is very personable, intelligent , and definitely my #1 cheerleader!! Spence takes the extra effort to make sure his customers are always happy and getting the most out of the experience. One time I was struggling to learn a new trick and he got out on the board to demonstrate it for me. One last thing about Wakesurf Tampa is that they engage with the customers. I have surfed with both Spence and Frank, and had a blast! Wakesurf Tampa is definitely best!
I had an amazing experience with Wake Surf Tampa. I had never wake surfed before, and they got me up on my very first try. By my second attempt, I was already able to let go of the rope and surf the wave, which honestly blew my mind. The boat itself was incredible… super clean, modern, and comfortable with beautiful baby blue leather seats. They had music playing the whole time and let us play whatever songs we wanted, which made the experience even better and super laid-back. Spencer is an awesome instructor. He explained everything clearly, stayed calm and encouraging, and was able to give me real-time directions while I was surfing, which helped me improve instantly. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing and genuinely wants you to succeed.
Best boat day ever! If you're looking for fun on the water, choose this! Island hopping, wake surfing, boarding. 10/10 Crew was knowledgeable and so kind! We will 100% be doing this again!!
