Grant is a great host- he’s very friendly and responsive and went above and beyond to make sure my group was taken care of! I highly recommend this property especially for bachelorette groups. It’s beautifully decorated and looks just like the pictures. It fit 13 girls very comfortably!

Fabulous place to stay with active teens. Lots of stuff to do within a short distance and excellent shopping at the Domain close by. Grant is super-responsive and the pickleball court is next-level!

Grant was so responsive and helpful! He coordinated with our decorating company to try and get them in as early as possible so the house would be ready for our 4pm check-in. This house is the perfect space for a girls weekend. So many amazing amenities and very aesthetically pleasing. Bonus, the beds were comfortable. Five stars all the way around! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Grant’s place was great for our family of 9 with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The house was clean and it is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The backyard is the highlight with plenty of entertainment and space. The neighborhood is quiet and it felt safe and nearby stores and restaurants. The host was very responsive and accomodated all our questions and needs. We all had a great time!

Just stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette and the house was absolutely amazing! It was built for the ultimate girls trip and had so many amenities that made everyone happy! Grant went out of his way to make sure we had a great trip and even delivered extra blankets when we needed them!

We booked this house for a bachelorette weekend with 12 girls and it was perfect! The space inside was just like the pictures—super clean, plenty of room, and set up really well for a big group. The backyard was amazing and definitely our favorite hangout spot all weekend.

Grant was the most incredible host. This booking suggested a birthday decorator Bach Babes that was incredible. He checked in on our stay and made things so easy for my friend group. Couldn’t ask for more!

We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. One of the highlights for our group was the pickleball setup — we had a blast playing and it really made the stay memorable. In the evenings, we gathered around the fire pit, which was perfect for relaxing, talking, and winding down after a full day. Everything was well thought out, from the amenities to the layout, and the host was easy to communicate with. This place was ideal for both activity and relaxation. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, comfortable getaway.

Booked this spot for a bachelor trip for my friends and I -- everything was exactly as expected, and the pickleball court was so much fun, truly the highlight of the trip!

For what we were looking for as a family this fit perfect! The Pickleball court was a hit. I loved the way they designed it. Maybe one of my favorite Airbnb backyard spaces we’ve stayed in in a while. The inside was just as described as well.

My daughter and her friends had a perfect Bach weekend. They LOVED the house and wouldn’t have changed a thing!! Grant was always so quick to respond!!

Very cute house! There’s lots to do inside and there’s large dinning table (both inside & outside) to fit the whole family for Thanksgiving dinner. We enjoyed the pickle ball and cornhole. Tons of space for nice pictures too!

Grant’s place was an amazing choice for my birthday weekend. Every detail from the decor and activities to the cleanliness and communication. Everything was so spot on. Definitely exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in Austin!

We stayed at Grant's place for my bachelorette weekend, and it was perfect for our group of 14 (the maximum occupancy). The beds were incredibly comfortable, there were mirrors in every room, and the open-concept layout made it easy for everyone to spend time together in the kitchen and living area. The home was exactly what we needed for a fun and memorable weekend. We would absolutely stay here again!
