We had such a great time at the place! It was what I expected. Kyle was extremely responsive and accommodating to my changes. There’s also a lot of great restaurants and breweries nearby.

This Airbnb was a wonderful place to stay. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and felt very welcoming. The location was perfect for what we needed, and the host was kind, responsive, and made check-in easy. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend it to others

The home was immaculate. Everything was what it was supposed to be. All of the beds were a very comfortable and suitable for us. We did have trouble trying to work the Jacuzzi, but we did not want to bother the host. House had everything we needed and more definitely a 10 out of 10 I would recommend.

We booked this home last minute after having issues with our original Airbnb, and it ended up being a great choice. The house was uniquely decorated, clean, well maintained, and the beds were very comfortable. The hot tub was especially relaxing! Our family of 9 really enjoyed during our stay! At one point we noticed a flickering light in one of the bedrooms and reached out. The host responded quickly and was very helpful. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be bookmarking this property for future trips. They saved our vacation!

This property was stunning! It was the perfect spot for a large group of girls. There was ample space for all of us to get ready, hang out and sleep comfortably. The kitchen was huge and we really enjoyed the big table so we could all sit and enjoy dinners together. Neighborhood was very nice and we felt safe the entire time! 10/10!!

Stayed here with 6 women for a 40th birthday trip. We can’t say enough good things about Spencer and his home. The property was exactly as listed and met all our expectations! Well stocked kitchen, provided sugar and creamers for the coffee, private and relaxing back yard with pool floats, fire pits, hammock, cozy sitting areas, even a pump for the floaties! There were plenty of linens and blankets, cozy towels, and an overall clean space with fun decor. Spencer is the most responsive AirBnB host I have ever had. Always responded within a matter of minutes, often responding within seconds! (The last night around 10pm we messaged asking where extra toilet paper was. He quickly contacted his cleaning crew and confirmed that they accidentally left less than intended, and he promptly had some *delivered* to us (even offering to add anything extra to the order)!) Every request was accommodated, and he was so friendly. Even got to check in early! Would highly recommend this place!

Even better than expected! The backyard is so private and the pool is wonderful. Abundant seating options outside for a large group. Spencer was super responsive when we discovered the house had no power when we checked in. Although it was out of his control and we had to wait for the power company to fix the outage, he offered to put us up at a nearby hotel while we waited out the heat. He also refunded us for the day immediately. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Palm Springs.

I have stayed in Airbnb‘s and hotels all over the world and the United States. I have owned short term rentals. I have owned long-term rentals. This random (to me) stay in Nashville was the best short-term rental experience I have ever had. Everything was done right, and I know what I’m talking about. Some memorable highlights (though everything was good): The front door access code was customized to me, so that I didn’t have to remember it. The kitchen was spotless and beyond well equipped, including an excellent coffee maker and high-end coffee. All appliances seemed new. The entire house was clean and well maintained, such that it felt like a brand new construction. All the electronics worked and were in great shape, including a great sounding Bluetooth speaker. The HVAC was excellent and easy to tune, even with the ever-changing autumn weather. Linens were ample and new. Host Spencer is proactive and extremely responsive. It was a perfect travel experience.

My friends and I came to Palm Springs for a girls’ weekend, and Pop Art Oasis was the ideal place for us to stay! As avid birders, we loved starting each morning spotting hummingbirds out by the pool before heading out to explore around the area. The backyard was our favorite spot: the warm pool, relaxing hot tub, and beautiful mountain views made it hard to leave. Loved all the artwork everywhere! It created such a fun ambiance. The house was colorful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. A perfect relaxing long weekend. We can’t wait to come back!

We booked The Herman Haven last minute for a girls’ trip, and it was absolutely perfect! The house was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of space for all six of us, with multiple bathrooms and a big open living area that was great for hanging out. The location was perfect (close to Broadway and The Gulch but still quiet and relaxing.) It’s one of the cleanest, most well-equipped Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. perfect for a group getaway!

Spencer was incredibly kind and accommodating—he responded right away and made everything so easy. Even though we only stayed one night, the house absolutely blew us away. The design was stunning—modern, stylish, and full of thoughtful details that made it feel like a boutique hotel. We especially loved the newly added front patio with the fire pit and barbecue—it’s such a perfect space to relax and unwind. We loved how close the house was to Broadway, The Gulch, and 12 South, yet still tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood with private parking.
