My friends and I found out about this experience from going to a house and sweat event once and fell in love, at the time we didn't even know they did private parties so when we found out we could bring their event to our house it was a no-brainer. We did yoga + a DJ then kept the DJ for after our flow to keep things going. They took every single song request we had and knew exactly what kind of music from just sending over one spotify playlist!
what the actual F! Working out with a DJ makes such a huge difference, they must have played over 60 songs during the workout and ramped up the intensity with the exercises. I did pilates then kept the dj for after the workout. At one point we requested Miley Cyrus - The Climb and they played then remixed it at the end of the song to make it into a club banger.
