Sabre Champagne Bar

5 solid stars. San Diego is over due for a solid Champagne bar and this place does not disappoint. It's a small space but there is also outside seating, beautiful selection of vintage and NV bottles, staff is lovely and so attentive. Rene is adorable and they offer caviar.

I have been here for 4+ hours. This place is wonderful. The wine is unique and the professionalism is stunning. Music was mellow and I enjoyed the vibes so much while talking to staff here. I had a great time with my fiancée.

Sabre is a very cute little place on the ground floor of a hotel. They have outside and inside seating. They are very good at explaining how different drinks are made and how they taste. Sabre has various caviars and other small bites appropriate for a champaign bar. As expected, it is pricey. It's a great place to take a date you want to impress.

Went here for the first time last week and loved it. It's a classy venue with great service and wonderful, creative wines.

Great Ambiance with great service. Centrally located near Gaslamp at the Pendry San Diego.

The drinks were amazing, we ordered some glasses of champagne. What we really enjoyed was the excellent feed back the bartender "Rene" gave to us. Also, recommended a few locations near the gaslamp quarters. We will definitely return on our next trip to PetCo and downtown area. Appreciate the bar being clean and the great atmosphere.

Divine Champagne bar in the heart of the Gaslamp. Wonderful for small groups to enjoy a tasting or a bottle, the venue is fun and you'll be swept away with the bubbles. A must stop in on your night out. Service is exceptional and all places should be held to their standards!!

Amazing place, one of the best in the city. Definitely worth it! Go have a glass or bottle of wine or champagne.
