Bon fire set up on the beach was amazing. Big fish was great with communication and explaining the process prior to arriving. Our attendant Joey was very friendly and helpful. The bon fire made our vacation very memorable!
I cannot say enough good things about this beach service! The absolute best we have had in the Santa Rosa area. Super friendly, responsive and punctual. Ashley helped me make the reservation and talked me through their many options. She was fantastic and very detailed! We reserved chairs and umbrellas each day for a week at the beach and our family really enjoyed it! Next time we will try the bonfire service. Thanks for making this part of our travel so easy!
Big fish was amazing! My bikes were delivered straight to our rental. They were super helpful and had great communication! 100% would recommend renting from them!
Zach from Big Fish came and set us up a campfire on the beach for our family in Seacrest. He was the most polite young guy and provided everything we needed. I’d hire him in a second if he ever decides to move to Austin
I have not rented a bike from Big Fish before but will moving forward! While staying in Seagrove Beach, Big Fish owners were dropping off bikes. I couldn’t find a bike lock anywhere in town and I offered to buy one from him. He gave me a bike lock! Very nice guy and I will rent from them next time I am here!
We had such a wonderful experience with Big Fish! From start to finish, their service was top-notch. Nolan set everything up perfectly and made the whole evening stress-free. They thought of every detail, including a full s’mores setup that everyone loved. The fire was ready right on time, and their attention and friendliness throughout the night made it even more special. If you’re looking for a beach bonfire with great service and a personal touch, this is the company to go with!
We were very pleased with the service we received at BigFish Bike Rentals over the New Year holiday. We rented bikes for the week, and they made it easy by dropping off and then picking up the bikes. When we discovered one morning that two of the bikes had flat tires, BigFish provided replacement bikes within 20 minutes. I was very impressed at their efficient customer service. My 5yo LOVED the Weehoo bike attachment, and we had a great week riding bikes up and down 30A.

We stayed in Rosemary and rented bikes from Big Fish. They are under new ownership and the new staff is great! The bikes were all in great condition. Highly recommend them for your next vacation.

Very happy we rented from Big Fish, nice bikes we rented 3 including a trike for my 80 yr old mother, they were very nice, my husband accidentally reset one of the lock combinations and we couldn’t use the lock. April came after work and brought us a new lock. How nice is that!
We love Big Fish! We own a home in the area and use them for our bikes rentals when we are in town. We send all our renters to them as well! They have always accommodated our needs. Dropped bikes off the morning we requested. Nicole is owner and a sweetheart! They also have amazing pizza! Always a go to for dinner on our first night there! We get pizza delivered to house.
Awesome experience renting chairs and umbrella for a week. We easily ordered online and texted to get every thing lined out. They were incredibly responsive via text and their in person people were so nice.

We had an awesome experience renting bikes here on our family vacation. We were unsure about sizing for my young nephew, and Joey was super helpful in helping us figure out what everyone needed. Peyton delivered the bikes to our rental that same day and gave us some great tips on places to explore and eat. We had a blast! Highly recommend if you're looking for a great family activity that everyone can enjoy.
