I was extremely impressed by Carrie and how responsive she was with each text or email I sent out. I rent Airbnb‘s each year and she was one of the best host’s I’ve ever had! The property was beautiful and had more to offer than the photos shared. Landscape was perfect. The house felt like home. I would definitely come back to this property, my friends and family loved it. We were able to cook altogether and everyone had their own space. The in-house record player was fun and the games were great. We were greeted with a s’mores kit for all the guests and rodeo tickets, which was a bonus! Thank you for making our stay so comfortable

Our third time back at this Thermal gem, and it just keeps getting better. The pool is perfect for those hot desert days, the barbecue area makes every meal a group event, and between volleyball and bocce ball, we barely had time to sit still. This place has become “our spot” for making memories with friends. We come back for a reason — it’s where the best weekends happen. Carrie is the best host. Will be coming back!

Carrie’s place was exactly as described and pictured, and she is a super friendly and communicative host. Myself and 5 friends had a fantastic stay. The pool and surrounding area are insanely well equipped and we’d find ourselves out there for hours at a time. The rooms are all quiet and comfortable, the air conditioning works well, and the overall vibe of the property is magical — you feel like you’re in your own little world and there doesn’t feel like any reason to leave. We’d definitely visit again.

This property exceeded all of our expectations and truly felt like our own private resort. The Resort-style home is tucked behind large gates and surrounded by tall, lush foliage, offering an incredible level of privacy and peace.The outdoor space is outstanding, featuring an extra-large swimming pool, oversized jacuzzi/spa, covered patio, barbecue area, and expansive grassy areas. We enjoyed playing volleyball, relaxing by the pool, and spending quality time together outdoors. There is plenty of land for kids and adults to play, and parking felt very secure with all vehicles safely behind the gate.Inside, the home is spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The master bedroom is on one side of the house, with the remaining bedrooms on the opposite side, allowing for excellent privacy. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, which made everything very convenient. While we did not have 14 guests, the home could easily and comfortably accommodate that many, just as described.The landscaping is beautifully maintained and adds to the resort-like feel. The host was attentive, welcoming, and communicated clearly throughout our stay.This is truly a one-of-a-kind property. We treated it as our own, had a fantastic trip, and fully intend to return. If you’re considering booking, don’t hesitate — this place is exceptional.

Carrie was an exceptional host and extremely responsive/helpful throughout our stay. The property was beautiful and spacious, which we felt the pictures don’t do full justice to. All furnishings and appliances are premium and well maintained, and the house had everything we wanted and needed. Fine details like ingredients for s’mores and Christmas decor really elevated the experience. There were numerous games and activities to keep us occupied throughout our visit. The secluded location was also a big positive, and we enjoyed multiple nearby activities despite this. We would stay at Carrie’s property again in a heartbeat.

Carrie's compound was the perfect place for our friend reunion and wedding we attended down the street. Home is well decorated with high end furniture (not basic Ikea like most BnB's) and equipped with everything you need! Backyard is amazing and it was nice to be in the countryside, not a typical desert neighborhood with neighbors staring into your backyard. This home is very private. Would definitely stay again! Hosts are amazing!

Our stay was perfect. It was our 9th year anniversary and we wanted an peaceful, private getaway with the family were we could enjoy the sun and pool time. The home was beautiful and we really liked the vintage look of the home yet with all premium furniture and kitchen appointments. The backyard was so nice and the pool was clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed the fact that there were no other homes next to us so it felt so private and relaxing. I would highly recommend this place. Our host Carrie made the stay so easy and she was always a call away if we had any questions. 10 out of 10.

We rented Palma for a golf trip this month with 8 guests and the place was amazing! First off, it's enormous, I'm not sure the pictures even do it justice. The location is close to many options for groceries, restaurants, etc, but also somewhat secluded, so the privacy is great and we could use all the backyard amenities without worrying about being noisy neighbors. Carrie and the trip planners were incredibly helpful and super proactive and responsive with communications. Best of all, they were also flexible and accommodating when we extended out trip and requested a late check in. They even provided additional items such as sleeping cushions, a large outdoor cooler, and a crockpot when we requested them. I am trying to convince my wife to get a few families down to Palm Springs now and will definitely be looking to book this place again for a shared family vacation. Thanks again to Carrie and the Trip Design team, it was an unforgettable experience!

This home was absolutely stunning—far better than the photos! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly spacious, with every amenity we could need. The pool and spa were perfect for relaxing, and Carrie, the host, went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. She arranged a private chef and couples massages that made our stay unforgettable. Her attention to detail and hospitality were top-notch. We felt completely pampered and at home. This was a luxurious, peaceful escape, and we can’t wait to return with the family. Highly recommended for a perfect getaway!

The place was incredible , the best part was how secluded it was with no neighbors , the house was beautiful and exceeded my expectations Carrie was super nice and I really liked how she was there to greet me on my arrival and gave me a tour and showed me how to use everything in the house . This place is perfect for a large group/ family it is super big! I will def be coming back to this place again , it is absolutely my new favorite place in Indio , thanks again carrie for being a great host! Till next time :)

Carrie is a very responsible and responsive host—always quick to reply and extremely helpful. The property is spacious and filled with great amenities like a pool, mini golf, and volleyball courts, along with well-equipped indoor and outdoor kitchens. It’s perfect for a group of 10–15 people, though I think even 20 could comfortably enjoy it! The place is in great condition—AC works well, lighting is bright, and the overall environment is quiet, clean, and fun. It's a great spot to enjoy quality time with friends and create lasting memories. We stayed for two days, but it definitely wasn’t enough. I recommend staying at least three days—you won’t regret it, and you certainly won’t be bored!

Carries place is exactly as described. we had a small family reunion here and enjoyed every second we spent here. the kitchen was well equipped to cook and serve all 11 of us with high end appliances and a wonderful BBQ outside. the beds were SO comfortable, super soft sheets, memory foam temperpedic style mattresses, and softer pillows with ceiling fans and tvs in every room. we loved the games inside and out and all the little things that were provided like pool floaties and the palapa bar! the property was very private which we loved as well. On top of it all, Carrie was a wonderful host. Super responsive, anticipated our needs and very kind and friendly. We are looking forward to staying with her again in the future ☺️

The house is AMAZING!! Pictures don’t do it justice.. the backyard has tons of games and activities … the pool and hot tub are perfect! If you’re considering this house, don’t wait too long!
