Assemble Cocktail Workshop

Attended a workshop organized my my alma mater. We had a great time. $50 per person is a bit high in my opinion for non premium alcohol. You're paying for a experience rather than the drinks. Host was great and highly recommend for a date night, definitely something different. Also they offer non alcoholic options.

Hands down the most fun I’ve had in a long time! The drinks were DELICIOUS but the experience was such a blast. I took my mom here and we have not stopped talking about it. We can’t wait to try the different drinks for different seasons. I saw that this place won Best Date Night Activity in Boerne and I can see why. My husband doesn’t drink but Lillian offers alcohol-free options so this will be a fantastic date in the future!

Do you LOVE cocktails? How about a fun evening out with the hubby or friends? Well good news because Assemble Cocktail Workshop allows you to do both at the same time!! Yes amazing isn't it? We have been up to the cottage a couple times now and hands down plan to do it again really soon! We had a small group of friends attend for my birthday party and I had a blast. Now Im not usually one to do anything big for my birthdays, but now Im definitely rethinking that idea. The space is so relaxing and inviting. Lillian has a heart and passion for mixing the perfect drink combos and the ability to wonderfully teach you the proper steps to creating your drinks while enjoying your time. There will be lots of laughter at your event, why no? It's supposed to be fun and I know you'll love going as much as my husband and I do.

The most fun you can imagine having for a few hours in downtown Boerne! Lillian does a phenomenal job teaching everyone how to make fun cocktails! Can't wait to come back again soon!

We had a big party show up for a friends birthday. Needless to say it was a little chaotic as we were in good spirits. But that didn’t stop us from having a fantastic time. We learned two simple (and delicious) drink recipes. And had a great time in the process. My favorite part of assemble is that you don’t just make these awesome drinks but you get plenty of time to actually enjoy them and converse with your group. It’s like hanging at the bar and learning something new. Overall this place is a 10/10 and I can’t wait to go back and do it again.

Lillian is truly an amazing person! She puts so much love into each cocktail workshop. We have experienced private parties and business christmas parties at her cottage. If your looking for a fun experience making cocktails look no further!

This is THE place to go for an evening of FUN! Lillian is so knowledgeable and has such great ideas in a beautiful setting. I will definitely be using her techniques for my next "cocktail " hour or party. I can't wait to try the Tiki night also! I have had the pleasure of experiencing many of Lillian’s cocktail classes and every one of them has been so much fun. She makes each guest feel welcome and makes it a personalized experience. You always learn something new and enjoy experimenting with a twist to a classic cocktail or something you’ve always wanted to try but never had the opportunity to make yourself. She can do it all. If you are looking for something unique to do for date night, girls night out or just for yourself you won’t be disappointed. I love the variety of classes she offers and she is always willing to work with you on special events and collaborations.

Amazing place for girls night out and birthday parties! Yes I have done both. She greets u with a drink when u arrive (can be either alcoholic or nonalcoholic) and then u get to make two great drinks. She makes it fun and will accommodate ur needs/wants. I would highly recommend going.

I enjoyed my time at assemble cocktail workshop Lillian taught us how to smoke our cocktail, it was super cool! The quality of ingredients impressed me. She dried her own fruit for garnishes, makes her own simple syrups, and infusions. QUALITY!

For a fun night with a group of friends, or a nice date night with your significant other, this place checks all the boxes. The cocktails that we learned were delicious, the shop itself was cute and cozy, and the overall experience was fantastic. Our instructor was the perfect mix of professional teacher and fun party host and it was an absolutely perfect evening.

I celebrated my 35th birthday with some of my dearest friends at Assemble and it was PERFECT! We were allowed to bring our own food/snacks and move at our own pace. We ate, crafted, drank and just enjoyed our time. We created two delicious mocktails and we couldn’t have loved it more. William was personable, knowledgeable, and such a fun host and teacher. This is a great spot for girls night, date night, or team builder. Can’t wait to go again!!
