I stumbled upon a Beacon Hill Bakery pop up that was at the Liberty Hotel. I got a half dozen of the regular sized paczki from Matt the owner. He was such a delight and as he was putting the beautiful packaging together he explained the history of the pastry. I got a kick out of knowing I was “eating like the Polish aristocracy.” It was very informative listening to all the fun facts about it. He also laid out all the nutritional facts. You can tell how much love and care he puts into his paczkis. I brought them home to the family and it was the a big hit! The kids loved them and we finished them quickly. The paczki dough was not sweet, soft and pillowy. It balanced out the delicate flavor and sweetness of the rose hip jam. The rose hip jam is delicious and I wish they sold that separately. Overall I’m so glad I stumbled upon them and plan on being a regular.
This place is a must-visit if you're serious about pastries. You can tell everything is made with real care and skill. Also, shoutout to Georgia, who works there she’s awesome and brings such good energy to the place. You can tell the team genuinely loves what they do. Highly recommend!
Incredible pastries not to be overlooked!! You can really taste the utmost effort and care that has gone into each little bun. The pastries are not only a really unique concept, but executed perfectly, with the most charming storefront and warm and helpful staff. As an avid baked goods connoisseur, I have had many buns and sweets of all sorts and these come out on top as they are not overly indulgent and overwhelmingly sweet, but have more flavor and pleasant texture than I’ve ever experienced. Making this a new staple whenever I’m the area!
Truly the best of the best! The pastries are out of this world, and you absolutely have to try the famous traditional paczek. Matt is a true master of his craft, bringing not only incredible skill but also a clear passion for what he does. An unforgettable experience every time

Laura was fantastic. She explained everything in detail. We ended up buying more than planned and are very happy with that.
I was so pleasantly surprised to stumble upon Beacon Hill Bakery at their popup in Deluca's Market. The paczek I tried was delicious, honestly better than the ones I had growing up with my Polish-American family! The fresh brioche was rich in flavor and not too heavy, and the filling added the perfect amount of sweetness. I can't wait to stop by again!
Tried my first paczki at the Copley Square Farmers market and it was delicious! Soft and fluffy with just the right amount of filling and sweetness. The packaging is so "classy". Great gift to serve/bring to a brunch. Highly recommend!

Absolutely delicious! Not only did I love the pastry but I was truly impressed by Georgia, the well-versed sales representative. She gave a very detailed explanation of each pastry including the history and the ingredients. Wow! I would hire her in an instant.

My friend told me about this spot and I randomly found it in Beacon Hill. I tried a Polish doughnut for the first time here and I was quite impressed. The dough is slightly fermented, which adds a nice depth of flavor and chewiness compared to regular donuts. The tart jam filling and the sweet sugar coating balance each other well.

Beacon Hill Bakery has outstanding paczki and is a must try for anyone visiting Boston. The rose hip filling perfectly balances the pastry to provide just the right amount of sweetness. The new pastry cart at Deluca’s makes it easier than ever to enjoy while exploring Boston.

Best Paczki I've ever had (and I've had ones from Poland)! So upscale - these make great gifts!

So delicious I fought off three squirrels in Boston Commons to protect my gingerbread snowflake cookie. It had the perfect crumbly butter shortbread texture, and strong spices with a light sweetness.
Delicious pączki, friendly and knowledgeable staff, a passionate, dedicated owner, and a gorgeous cart. What more could you possibly want!
