Great place, very clean. Perfectly located for a fun stay in Nashville, easily accessible to everything we wanted to do in Nashville. Very cozy and welcoming, the decor is awesome. Hosts provided great info and resources to help plan our stay and make the most of our time in Nashville.

Three of my husband’s siblings and their spouses joined us in Nashville for a niece’s wedding. I spent a long time trying to find a vacation rental that would meet our needs and according to my in-laws…I hit a home run! Chandler’s place was one of the highlights of our time together because we all had enough space to hang out together comfortably yet each couple had their own private bedroom and bathroom. The condo is beautiful and bright and furnished comfortable. We all loved the swivel chairs in the living room that allowed us to be a part of any conversations that were happening in either the kitchen or the living room. These are the little details that make a difference. Many times I heard someone say “Thank you for finding such a fantastic place in such a GREAT location!” If you want to be the hero of your group… book this rental! Chandler even gave us the opportunity for a later check-out which was so appreciated by everyone. We will gladly rent here again!

This was a great stay for a group of us traveling in for a friend's wedding! Chandler was a wonderful host, extremely responsive and proactively reached out with a welcome guide and local recommendations. Great area, walking distance from awesome places to eat. It had everything we needed and I would absolutely recommend Chandler's place for your next Nashville visit!

This home was perfect for our trip. The location is great and the place is clean and inviting. The amenities are above what is expected and the special touches make it cozy and comfortable. Having 4 bathrooms, one for each bedroom, is clutch. It was very cold and snowed the first day so we didn't mind staying inside. The home was relaxing and perfect for visiting and cooking with everyone on that first day. Publix being next door is an added bonus. Will be returning and hope this is available.

We do a guy’s trip every year and this year was Nashville. I looked for places for days before finally finding this one. Chandler was an amazing host and the property was in the perfect location. It was clean, big, spacious, and just the perfect spot for short Uber rides. We were able to walk to some local spots for food, alcohol, and other necessities. Grocery stores were less than a mile away. Downtown was just a mile and a half away. We had the best time ever and already talking about coming back sometime next year! Chandler helped us find things to do while in town, was very responsive with any questions I had, allowed a late check out with short notice, and everything in the unit was clean, and amazing. I highly recommend!

Great houses, located in a perfect spot everything is nearby, Chandler is an amazing host he was always available and gave many recommendations for restaurants and other activities.

This place was perfect for our stay - it comfortably fit the 10 people and there was room for a few more. Everybody agreed that the place was so clean, the beds and pillows were so comfortable and it had everything that you could need. Having so many bathrooms was great as we were a party of all women so all getting ready at the same time so was no problem. We would definitely stay at this place or another one owned by the same owner again. An added plus was the red cardinals and other birds that we got to observe from the terrace and large windows in the kitchen/ living room.

We loved this beautiful & spacious home. It was amazing! The Bohemian Jungle was a great decor for the space. We had lots of room for our group & the private bathrooms for everyone was a great bonus. The hosts were very responsive to all my questions & we felt very informed about all procedures. The online booklet is great! We will stay again if we make it back to Nashville in the future! We rented both homes. They were very clean and well stocked with linens and hair care supplies. The host, Chandler was very helpful and responsive to all of our questions and needs. The homes are beautiful! Easy ride to the Broadway strip. I highly recommend these homes for your stay. We will come back for sure! Would not change a thing!! Loved our stay at the jungle retreat! The place is very spacious and very peaceful and quiet. There is a grocery store very close and some restaurants that are walkable. Overall really enjoyed our visit.

A fantastic gem in Nashville, great neighborhood...can't beat Hattie B's a 2 minute walk!

We loved our Memorial Day Weekend in Nashville staying in these 2 pristine side by side homes! Chandler was super communicative and responded within minutes to any question we had. The space was perfect for our group of 8 adults, with everyone getting their own bedroom and bathroom plus bonus powder rooms on the hangout floors! I can't believe how well maintained everything was and how easy it was to settle right in. It's located on a quiet little nook of a street, which we loved. You'll need to uber or drive to most of the must see and do restaurants, bars, activities (really short 5-10min rides). In some ways, it's nice to be a bit separated from the crowds! Highly recommend these homes when visiting Nashville with a large group that wants to have some of their own private spaces. Rooftops are a nice bonus amenity!

This was the PERFECT stay for our Nashville bachelor party. We got two units with plenty of space and everyone had at least a queen bed. The location was a cheap/quick Uber from every place we wanted to go. The view from the rooftop was awesome and the place felt brand new. Definitely one of the nicer stays our group has had. Last note is that the price was really fair by comparison. All in all we couldn’t be happier with the decision to stay there. Thanks again guys!

My husband, friends and I all stayed at this home to celebrate our friend's retirement. We drove in from Missouri. Chandler was a wonderful host. We really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room and very clean. It was an easy Uber ride to Broadway. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

This was my 1st time renting a home. This was a fantastic place to stay! Spacious clean and easy access to shopping. Uber & Lyft from this location to Broadway not bad at all. I am hoping to plan another trip to Nash & when I do this will be the 1st host I check with. From the easy check in & out to the cute thoughtful things like makeup towels as well as a the tablet and QR codes to give tips on places to go. 10 out of 10 don’t miss out on this place!

A group of us visited Nashville for my son's 21st birthday, we stayed at Chandler's place. We had a great time. Renting both units provided ample room for the twelve of us. The rooftop is a great place to hang out with awesome views of the city. This home was very well stocked. If heading to Nashville, Chandler's place won't disappoint. I recommend this home.

We had an amazing time! Very close to downtown without being too close to all the craziness. House was beautiful and very clean! Perfect for the trip we were looking for.

Great host! Rentals were exactly as described and exactly as expected! Felt entirely safe in the neighborhood. Location was an easy Uber ride to all things Nashville. Would stay again if we return to Nashville!

Very clean and cool place to stay, we had a large group (18 people) for a bachelor party and we were able to rent two units right next to each other. For having a group of that size the location was awesome, was not able to find anything else in Nashville remotely as close to the strip that could accommodate that many people.

This place was perfect for our group of 15 adults! The amenities were as advertised. The houses were very clean. We had great access to Ubers and rideshares. Having a garage was also a nice benefit. Chandler was flexible for our check in time and was extremely helpful before, during & after our stay! We would definitely recommend Chandler’s houses!

Chandler was a fantastic host! The property was perfect for the occasion and close proximity to downtown Nashville! There’s not enough words to describe how great our stay was. Chandler was also very helpful if we had any questions and quick to respond.

Can't wait to go back, already looking for excuses. We did a girls trip and it was really nice for each of us to have our own bedroom and bathroom. We could easily do a couples trip or fit more people as well. The decor was comfortable and inviting. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. The location was central to all the action but far enough away from the noise. I loved being able to walk to some neighborhood gems near 12 South (Ladybird Tacos for example) and being right next to a Publix came in handy too. Thanks for a great trip!

We stayed in this great Airbnb for my daughter’s wedding weekend and the place was perfect for our group!! Great bedrooms all with their own bathrooms, great space and the perfect location! Chandler was terrific and a very attentive host. We’ll definitely be back!!

We had such an incredible time here! Chandler was extremely responsive, well before our stay. He was helpful in answering questions and providing a bunch of new games for our large group. The place was just as described in the photos and descriptions. Chandler provided an incredible packet for their unit not only on check-in/check-out, but places around the area, sights to see and it was a great wealth of information! The unit had lots of space for our group and we loved it! Highly recommend!

Overall, this is a fantastic place! We would absolutely stay here again when visiting Nashville. In fact, we have already recommended it to someone else! Chandler was a great host, with very detailed and clear instructions. There were a great many local restaurants and activities. The house is tucked away off the street, so it’s nice and peaceful. Waking up to the sounds of birds was a delight. For large groups or a family on vacation, this listing is perfect. It was clean and cute and generously exceeded our needs.

Very peaceful neighborhood. The house is beautiful! Masters bedroom and bath is breathtaking. Every single bed in there is comfortable. Plenty of room. the Hosts were wonderful the entire time! I would recommend and definitely will return to book again!

We had a fantastic stay! The home was absolutely immaculate—clean, well-maintained, and beautifully set up for a comfortable group stay. We had 11 people, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax without ever feeling crowded. The host was incredibly responsive and genuinely interested in making sure our experience was great—authentic, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The location was also perfect. It was walking distance (less than half a mile) to a shopping center where we could easily pick up groceries and essentials. Broadway and other downtown spots were just a short Uber ride away—usually quick unless traffic was heavy, in which case it could take up to 20 -25 minutes. We loved that the house was far enough from the action to feel peaceful and comfortable, yet close enough to be easily accessible to everything. I would absolutely stay here again!

We watched the 4th of July fireworks from the rooftop deck and it was magical. There was a wet bar at top of steps which made it easy to have snacks and drinks in the comfortable sofas and table. We felt like royalty. The beds were super comfy and the primary suite was a gem. Had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend. Would stay again!!!

We went here for a spring break trip and it was amazing! The house was beautiful and the views from the rooftop were spectacular! Plenty of room for 10 people and not too far of a walk to downtown!

We loved staying at Chandler's place! We were in town for a family wedding and our party ranged in age from 21 to 85. The house is very comfortable and had plenty of room for our party of 9. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and nice. The location was great and we walked a lot of places. Chandler was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

This was a really great property! It’s close to downtown but without being in downtown. The house was extremely clean and well maintained. It was a great time and would love to book a stay with this property owner again!

The home was great -- lots of space and walkable to coffee shops and restaurants. We loved that the area was quiet and close to Nashville. Chandler checked in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly and provided local recommendations.

This was my first time renting a home and it was a wonderful experience. This house is beautiful and well worth the money. Chandler was a great host and responded within minutes when I couldn’t find something. If I return to Nashville I will definitely try and rent one of Chandlers properties.

Beautiful place to stay, away from the busy Broadway scene, but not too far away. Home was roomy and the rooftop had a beautiful view with the firepit.

I had the BEST bachelorette party in Nashville and Chandler’s place. Close to the airport, a 7 minute Uber to Broadway, amazing rooftop deck, great kitchen and bathrooms. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend you do too ☺️ I also was absolutely so annoying with questions on the day of check in and she always answered quickly and never made me feel like I was annoying her. So extra thank you for that lol!

We would definitely stay here again!! The beds were comfortable! Loved the style of the house! We had everything we needed and close to the grocery store!! Always responsive to communications and very helpful to extend our stay one more night!!

3 friends and I spent 3 nights at Chandler's beautiful house. It is truly one of the nicest homes I've stayed in. It was clean, spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds and furniture were all quite comfortable. I have stayed in that area before, it's a walkable, beautiful neighborhood and the neighbors here were quiet. If I were going back with a group again I'd definitely book this very same house. Chandler was quite responsive and answered my questions right away. Great place, great host!

This is one of the cleaner homes that we have stayed in. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfy, and we felt right at home. This was an absolutely perfect location for us and our situation, but even if you’re looking to go to Broadway, it’s still a great spot. This will not be our last stay here. We are looking forward to the next one!

We really enjoyed the property and its location, not too close and not too far from all of the action. It was fun watching a thunderstorm come in from the rooftop. I would recommend this place to a friend.

We absolutely loved our stay at Chandler’s place! The home was immaculate and our group of 6 felt right at home. We had more than enough space and more supplies than we needed. In addition to the phenomenal communication, the hosts put together a guidebook that was extremely thorough and helpful in getting local recommendations, house information, etc. We will definitely stay here again when in Nashville and would recommend Chandler & Kim as hosts!

We struck gold finding this home in the area we wanted to stay in. It was perfect for a group of 7 and beyond comfortable. Chandler was fast to respond and sent messages throughout our stay. I wouldn’t hesitate booking! We will definitely be back!
