Easy entry very comfortable would stay again. We needed to aides as we were there for work. Perfect!

Jeff’s place lived up to our expectations and we had a great time! Perfect spot for visiting Nashville.

Great house. Great host. Had an a/c issue and Jeff was very responsive and had a hvac tech the issue fixed quickly.

We were in a pinch trying to book at the last minute due to unforseen circumstances, and Jeff was amazing! He was very responsive, descriptive on procedures, and helpful in every way. It was perfect for our one night stay of both our groups.

My friends and I visited Nashville for a volleyball tournament which unfortunately was cancelled but the Airbnb was great to hang out in and was nice and close to broadway. The host was very responsive and was flexible with our check in time and was very helpful when our group size increased in letting us rent another unit! We were hesitant with the triple bunks on not having enough space but overall the unit space was great!

great space- lots of room for guest. Clean, neat, space to park (even on street was fine). All appliances were in working order, everything listed was provided. very close to downtown and Uber never took more than 5 minutes. Easy to get into the home and easy to follow directions for check out. would use again for a family getaway in Nashville.

Jeff’s place was prefect for our group as we were celebrating a couple birthdays! There was enough room for everyone. We definitely enjoyed our stay!
