Had an amazing stay at The Theodore New Orleans! Location in the Central Biz District was ideal, with close proximity to French Qtr on one side, Garden District on the other, and very close to World War II Museum. Hugely helpful to have Rouse's and CVS right across the street. Plenty of great restaurants nearby as well. Rented 3 units with deck access for a group of 14 people (7 couples) for a long weekend (Wed-Sun). Units were very clean, contemporary, bright and airy. Well stocked with kitchen items, toiletries, etc.. Furniture was very comfortable, with plenty of space for our large group. I had searched for quite awhile for units to rent, Theodore was a rare gem with each bedroom having a king size bed, large tv and its own ensuite bathroom. All the bathrooms were very large and nicely appointed - with large mirrors, great lighting, lots of counter space and storage drawers. Especially liked having units 305 & 306 that connect similar to adjoining hotel rooms. Units were quiet and very large, with a great vibe. Our group absolutely loved the deck space and furniture, and the large sliding glass doors made the units very open and airy. Property Manager Shane and Reservationist Rebecca could not have been more helpful, responsive or pleasant. Any time I texted (either before we arrived or during our stay), response was received within minutes and items/questions addressed very quickly. Booking online and check in were easy, and the welcome gift of charcuterie we found waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived was very appreciated after a long day of travel and super classy touch. We will definitely be back to the Theodore for our next visit!

This is my new go to whenever I'm in New Orleans. I have never been this impressed with a BNB-type stay, but The Theodore was top tier! The location is perfect, 5 mins from everywhere you would want to be. Very clean, welcoming and modern. I loved it! 10/10! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We enjoyed our stay. The clean bed was good. Many pillows on each bed. Close to streetcar and Lafayette Square. Huge grocery store right across the street. We would stay here again. Rooms Big with closets and dressers. Each has its own bathroom. Safety Secure coded entrance. Walkability Close to streetcar and Lafayette Square. Food & drinks Walkable. Hotel highlights Luxury
