We really enjoyed our stay! While we ran into a few minor issues with our room, the staff was unbelievably kind, attentive, and helpful in resolving them. Truly top-tier hospitality that's hard to come by these days. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The surrounding neighborhood isn't the best given its proximity to the Tenderloin, but overall, the exceptional service made for a great experience.

Jamie was great at check in. Very fast and efficient and professional. He made this check in process a very good experience. Definitely recommend.
