Are parties allowed?

This is a NO party house and NO unauthorized guests. We have provided accommodations to many bachelor and bachelorette groups in the past and they had a fabulous stay!

Question 2

Are there quiet hours?

Yes! The home is located in a gated community with an HOA who has strict quiet hours from 10pm-8am.

Question 3

Can I smoke during my stay?

Accepted Answer

Smoking in the backyard and front yard are permitted. We ask guests to clean up after themselves. There is ZERO tolerance for smoking of any kind (including e-cigarettes/vapes) inside the home.

Does everyone in my group have to be 25 and older to book?

*Guests MUST be 25 years or older to book Onda House.*

Question 5

Can the pool be heated?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We can heat the pool upon request for an additional fee. Please inquire at least 1 week prior to arrival.

Are pets allowed?

Accepted Answer

We occasionally will make an exception regarding furry family members at an additional fee, please inquire.

Question 7

Can we bring a sprinter van or RV?

Accepted Answer

No. Sprinter vans, RVs/Trailers or vehicles with commercial/business logos/emblems are NOT permitted in the community per HOA rules.

Question 8

Is early check-in or late check-out available?

Accepted Answer

Early check-in and late check out requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to check-in/check-out and are subject to availability.

Question 9

Do you allow in-home services?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We have recommendations for a Personal Chef or In-home massages. Host is not responsible for the quality of services provided by third-parties.
