My friends and I came to NOLA to celebrate turning 30 and Nick’s place was definitely the place to stay! The home itself was beautiful and was perfectly located for my group to get around. The pool was definitely a big plus considering it’s June in the south! Would recommend staying here to anyone it was amazing!

This is the perfect place to stay to see the whole of NO. Equidistant to everything! Great Manager and very comfortable

Great spot for a large group! Totally spacious, clean and beautiful. Not much to do around the spot that our group was interested in, but we took quick rideshares to anywhere we wanted. Nick was super responsive to my questions and concerns while planning our trip which is very appreciated. We opted for late check out for an extra charge and it worked perfectly for us. Thanks again!

Me and my friends had a great time here, clean and spacious. The heated pool was the highlight of our trip, I don’t think we can stay any where else when we visit Nola next time!

This home was beautiful and spacious! Looked better than pictures, the artwork on walls and decorations was awesome! 8 of us fit in this home comfortably. Bathrooms were big enough for a house full of woman to get ready together seamlessly no fuss. Definitely will book again!

This place was great to host a bachelorette party. Had plenty of rooms and space for everyone to gather together. The pool was a great addition. There is a fantastic gym next door called Lagniappe Fitness. Neighborhood is in the middle of everything, Whole Foods is a short walk away.

This listing lives up to the pictures and the description. Comfortable for 7 adults, but space to accommodate more. Parking was easy with two cars. Unlike most other AirBnBs, there were plenty of towels in each bathroom…including washcloths.

Our group of 6 really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! Great layout for a group, everyone had their own bathroom. The place is very clean and quite stylish, looked just like the pictures, maybe better. 8 min Uber ride into the French Quarter but less than a block to necessities. Highly recommend & would choose this spot again!
