Charming & Spacious 2BR Apartment: Near Nightlife in the Heart of San Juan

What a wonderful experience in Puerto Rico, especially having an amazing airbnb. The location is in the perfect center to restaurants, excursions, walking and events. Cant wait to come back

Loved my stay here. The neighborhood is really cool and cultural and a quick uber to other parts of the city. People have mentioned this is a 4 floor walk up but they are counting the ground floor. The stairs didn’t bother me at all. I would stay here again!

The pictures on the website accurately describe the place, I will say the dining and living room area was lot more spacious than the photos led on which was nice. Alvaro was very responsive with any questions we had throughout the trip. We had a minor issue with our shower and it was able to be fixed promptly. Check in and out was very clear and straight forward. The only thing I will say is that there is 4 flights of stairs to go up and no elevator so be prepared and mindful if you have any ambulatory issues. Overall our stay was pleasant and the location of Alvaro's place was a close walk/uber drive to everywhere we needed to go! Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

What a wonderful Airbnb! Super spacious, great air conditioning, and centrally located. Code access is simple and easy. The only hurdle are those stairs! Lol. Probably wouldn’t recommend for someone who would have trouble regularly going up 4 flights of stairs, but otherwise, perfect!

This place was amazing!! It’s so roomy. The place is beautiful inside and out. Everyone talks about the stairs, yes it’s a lot but it’s worth it. The place AC runs so well that it helps a lot after them stairs. You have everything you need plus there’s a Marshall’s in front you can’t beat that! We walked to La Placita every night and it was fun. There’s a food truck joint on the corner it’s so good! And tons of restaurants. Everything is so close you have a close Walmart too a great location overall. Our Uber’s were less than $20 to get to old San Juan & surrounding beaches. The location wasn’t loud for us but then again we would do activities all day and knock out. Throughout our stay, I never contacted our host because all his instructions were clear and smooth. I’m on vacation the last thing I want to do is hassle with questions and wait but this one felt like home with great beds. We love it! I would come back and stay. I highly recommend you get what you see it’s legit.

Stayed here with a few friends and we had an amazing time. The place looked just like the photos, very close to everything ( 15 minute walk to literally everything). Ubers get here pretty fast and is very close to the airport. Definitely be prepared to walk up and down 4-5 flights of stairs to get to and from the apartment, it was very tiring but the ac inside the bnb worked amazing and gave us energy almost instantly. Cannot wait to book this place again. Lilet

We had a fantastic 5 night stay, the hosts were extremely responsive and very helpful with anything we needed. Street parking was very easy, and we never had any issues. The area was walkable, with plenty of restaurants around. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed.

Amazing host, fast response. When you get to the place it looks kind of sketchy, is not I promise. Is located near old San Juan so the government doesn’t want the houses to be restored so the neighborhood it looks really old but is so safe. The only thing is really noisy but you’re right in the city so bring earplugs there was a rooster who wake us up every day 😂 but now I miss the damn rooster. The Uber was 10 mint away from old San Juan and 5 mint from La placita. We walked to the beach, it was like 15 mint walking through beautiful houses. There’s a lot of restaurants near by, definitely check La Patrona the best mofongo I ever had, the host left us coffee he save our like I can’t function without coffee, the ac is really cold, at the beginning I was worried bc if was kind of hot, the next few days we were were freezing lol 😂 . Overall this is one to no say the best Airbnb I ever stayed in. I’ll definitely comeback. Alvaro made my 1st Puerto Rico experience the best. 100 ⭐️

Great location, spacious and very comfortable. Easy to get in and out. Good communication by host. I’d recommend this place. It was great overall.

Great place, friendly host, good amenities. Only thing is the beach is closer to a 15 minute walk away but loved the stay there.

This place was awesome. Looks just like the pictures, has good air conditioning and at a great location. Me and my friends walked to most restaurants during our stay and were so lucky to have coffee shops, Walmart, and even a Marshalls across the street. Condado beach is 15 min walk and la Placita is also at walkable distance.

Matched the picture. But be ready to climb 4-5 flights of stairs. This was not an issue for us but may be for some. The place is located within a drive to supermarkets to get what you need for your stay. The beach is 10-15 min walk. We had a slight problem during our stay but they were very responsive and attentive. Would def recommend.
