Can the pool be heated?
Yes! Due to the high utility cost of running the pool heater, we offer this amenity as an add-on in order to keep the cost of the accommodation lower for those who do not want it. Pool heating is $50/night for the duration of your stay OR $300/week + taxes + fees.
Can we check-in early?
Many of our guests from the North and East Coast arrive early in the morning at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport! Because of this, we offer a half-day add-on if the schedule permits! If a guest is checking out the day of your arrival or if we have scheduled maintenance, early check-in won't be possible.
