We had such a great stay! The house was super cute with charming western decor that gave it a cozy, fun vibe. Everything was spotless and ready to go when we arrived, which made settling in so easy. The backyard was spacious and perfect for hanging out—there were tons of activities to enjoy. The pool and spa were absolutely perfect for relaxing. Would definitely stay here again!

An absolutely amazing experience! We came for a bachelorette trip and the place was perfect. The communication was phenomenal and I always felt like I could reach out if I had any questions and always got a quick response. The backyard speaks for itself. There was something to do for everyone and we thoroughly enjoyed our BBQ & pool day. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Scottsdale and will most definitely be back when I visit again!

The place was exactly as described and great for my bachelorette! Its decor is perfect, the pool was great, love the amenities, and the entire outside area is amazing. Also, the kitchen supplies were perfect for the large group of us. The only downsides are the check-in and check out times (but of course we were aware of this when booking), there were no pool floats even though it says there should be some from the description of the place, and lastly but definitely the biggest one to be aware of - there is a loud chime that rings throughout the house every time you exit the back door to the pool. While I understand this is extremely helpful for safety of children, this was a nuisance as some girls stayed up later or woke up earlier than others and the chime woke the others sleeping. Even with these few complaints, we loved the place and Wendy and her team were very responsive and great! We had the best time!! :

Amazing property. There was 11 of us and more than enough space for the group, inside and outside. Location is so close to everything we wanted to do in Old Town, and even walked to a few places from the house. The house is beautiful and very aesthetically pleasing. Would definitely stay again!

The house was PERFECT for our girls weekend/bachelorette! The house is already so cute you don’t even need decorations that you normally would for photo spots. Lots of space to get ready, good bedroom sizes for our group. Lots of space in the backyard/pool area to sit and lay out without feeling cramped. Host was super informative and responsive. Would come back! 10/10

We had such a great time at Wendy’s place! It was the perfect location and with it being 100 degrees everyday- the pool was in use the entire time! It was a large pool that was big enough for our group of 10! The communication from Wendy and team with any of our questions was excellent and extremely fast. We had the most perfect long weekend!

WONDERFUL HOUSE/HOST! The house is immaculate! Very clean, well organized, lots of great amenities! Everything you’ll need is provided! We have two families, a total of 10 people and plenty of space, very well appointed, with many different areas to hang out. I was worried about the pool with my little guy, and they thought of everything… they had an alarm that sounded on all exterior doors that led to the pool. We loved the ping pong table, the pool was great size. We hope to be back, and would highly recommend this location!

Can the pool be heated?

Yes! We recommend heating the pool from October through April if you'll want to get in comfortably. Due to the high utility cost of running the pool heater, we offer this amenity as an add-on in order to keep the cost of the accommodation lower for those who do not want it. Pool heating is $50/night OR $300/week + taxes and Airbnb fees.

Can we check-in early?

Many flights land early in the morning at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. For this reason we offer a half-day add on, if the calendar permits, allowing you to arrive as early as 9am! Ask about that option when booking.
