Guest Access: This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. To help maintain a peaceful environment, we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 9 AM and be respectful of our neighbors. Parties and events are strictly prohibited.All of the home’s amenities are located either inside the home or in the fully fenced private backyard. Guests are not permitted to enter or access any neighboring properties under any circumstances.

Other Things to Note: This property is equipped with Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight security cameras for your comfort, safety, and peace of mind.

HOUSE RULES:

  • Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests is 16, unless approved in advance. *Any guests visiting the property, even if they're not staying overnight, would need to be added to the reservation.

  • Additional Guest Fee: Our nightly rate includes up to 16 guests. If your group exceeds this number, there will be a charge of $150 per additional guest, per night. Please communicate your total guest count before booking so we can ensure proper accommodations.

  • No Parties or Events. For the comfort of all guests and our neighbors, these are not allowed unless explicitly agreed upon prior to booking.

  • Pets: Pets are not allowed inside or on the property. A $500 fee will apply for violations, and you will be asked to leave.

  • Good Neighbor Policy: Quiet hours: 10 PM – 9 AM. No large outdoor speakers or fireworks. Small personal speakers are okay—just keep the volume respectful. Do not retrieve balls from neighboring yards or knock on doors. Contact us if needed.

  • No Smoking or Vaping: Strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. A $500 deep cleaning fee will apply for violations.

  • Firewood/Propane Safety: Cover the fire pit with the "firepit cover" after each use. Fully extinguish any fire. We don’t supply firewood, but we will give recommendations for where to get it. No lighter fluid or charcoal in fire pits or fireplaces—violations may result in a $500 fine.

  • Trash: Bag all trash before placing it in bins. Do not leave loose items or bags on the ground.

  • Accidents happen: Please report any damage or spills promptly so we can take care of it.

  • Excessively dirty homes may incur extra fees. If violations affect future guest bookings, you may be held financially responsible.

  • Check-Out: Standard check-out is 10 AM unless otherwise agreed. Late check-out incurs a $100 fee per 30 minutes.

  • Rim: Please do not dunk or hang on the rim. Damages will result in a fine.

  • Tub: Please cover up the Hot Tub with the cover after each use.

  • Outdoor Games: Please put all items in the metal rack and inside the "storage door" after each use.

  • Doors & Drains: Please make sure to shut each door properly (including storm doors). Be sure to keep French drains in the backyard clear of any dirt so rain can pass through.

  • Important Note: Violations such as excessive noise, unauthorized guests, tampering with security systems, or disturbing the neighborhood may result in a fine of up to $1,500 and/or cancellation of your reservation.

Wonderful stay! Such a well thought design and cute mural art in the rooms! The owners paid attention to every details I came with our kids and they had an absolute blast. All of the instructions that were sent were spot on and had no issues with anything. Hot tub was fun as well as the game room. Each room also had a smart tv which was very nice as we couldn’t spend as much time outside due to the rain.

Wow, we LOVED the property. The pickleball/basketball court was top notch. We watched a basketball game while enjoying the hot tub! Beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. The design of the house was really fun and made us feel like we were at a resort. From the well appointed coffee station and kitchen to the amazing back yard, Oliver thought of every detail to make our stay enjoyable! We will definitely come back so we can take advantage of the amenities we didn’t get to use! 5 Star all the way!

The Weekender CLT was so incredible that we’ve already decided to make it our annual family retreat. From the moment we stepped inside, it felt like home — spotless, beautifully designed, and full of fun for everyone. The kids spent hours playing pickleball, basketball, arcade games, and cornhole while the adults relaxed in the hot tub and gathered around the fire pit at night. We loved how every corner of the home was built for making memories, from the game room to the cozy living spaces. The location was perfect too — peaceful, but just a short drive from everything we wanted to see. We had such an amazing time at The Weekender CLT. The backyard really made the whole trip—playing pickleball during the day, then winding down around the firepit at night felt like the perfect balance of fun and relaxation. Honestly, we barely wanted to leave the house. Inside was just as good. The living room was so cozy for movie nights, and the kitchen had everything we needed for a big group dinner, which made it feel so easy and relaxed. You can tell the house was designed for people to actually enjoy being together — not just crash for the night. If you're even thinking about booking it, do it. It’s one of those rare places that feels even better than the pictures, and somehow makes every part of your trip feel a little more special.

We stayed for a AAU basketball tournament. Our boys loved the space! We let them have the suite above the game room and when we weren’t at the gyms they were shooting ball or playing pool! Over all a great stay! Oliver was very easy to get in touch with and was always available. We would definitely stay again if we are back in that area!

We only stayed one night, but wow—this place packed a punch. Came with a small group of friends and somehow fit in pickleball, karaoke, hot tub, and made new memories during our short stay. Every room had its own vibe, which was so fun. The getting-ready station was a VIBEE Wish we had more time, but we will be back!! If you’re headed to Charlotte, this place is a gem.

We booked this as a last-minute weekday getaway and wow—this was the most beautiful and uniquely designed Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away. It looked even better than the photos, every detail felt intentional, and the design was the perfect mix of cozy and elevated. Even though our stay was short, we packed it with memories. The location was perfect—just minutes from our favorite Charlotte spots—but we honestly didn’t want to leave. The private pickleball court was the reason we booked (who else has one?!) and it totally delivered. We played pickleball, relaxed in the hot tub, sang karaoke, and ended the night around the firepit. It felt like a total reset. If you want a stay that’s beautifully curated, packed with fun amenities, and still feels like a retreat—this is it. Already planning our return!

This home was everything we hoped for and more—spacious, spotless, stylish, and packed with fun! 🎉 From pickle-ball matches and late-night karaoke to relaxing in the hot tub and hanging by the fire-pit, every moment felt like a mini-retreat. 💯 The house was incredibly clean, and Oliver was fantastic at communicating—friendly, responsive, and even generous enough to offer us an early check-in, which made our arrival so smooth. 🙌 The location couldn’t have been better—super close to all the best spots in Charlotte, yet tucked away enough to feel like a peaceful escape. Whether you’re celebrating, reconnecting, or just looking for a place to rest and recharge, this space has a way of bringing people together. We left with full hearts and unforgettable memories.
