Artisan Retreat: Rooftop Pool, City Views + Walk to Broadway

We loved the location. As non savvy technology-challenged people, it was a bit frustrating getting through the process of gathering the key and getting into the elevator but we finally did it!! So walkable to Broadway honkytonks and restaurants...Just a few blocks! We would stay here again if possible. Great communication and very prompt. Cozy bed and very clean!!

Very artsy apartment with a beautiful city view. It’s an easy walk to the Convention Center and close to Broadway, so getting to meetings (and everything else) was simple. I was in town for work. While Tennessee definitely isn’t my first choice as a destination, Matt and Abby's place made the trip much easier and pleasant. They were very responsive: when we couldn't find the TV remote, they resolved it quickly via the Airbnb app. Overall, comfortable, well‑located, and in my opinion, one of the better options near the Convention Center.

We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The location was ideal—close to everything I needed but still peaceful and quiet. This is the perfect place to stay! Great location, away from the noise but close enough to walk to restaurants, Broadway and other local attractions. The pool was one of the highlights. Abigail was a great host. Extremely responsive and provided detailed instructions for everything needed. Highly recommend.

Staying at this place was the perfect way to experience Nashville! Tucked in a safe spot just a short stroll from the energy of Broadway, it gave us the best of both worlds; peaceful mornings with stunning views, and easy access to live music, great food, and nightlife whenever we wanted it. The apartment itself was bright, clean, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Waking up to the city skyline each day was a treat in itself. The host was thoughtful and responsive, making the whole experience seamless. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

This was the perfect place for my friends and i to stay at whilst visiting nashville. The hosts were so responsive and helpful both before and during our stay. Lots of recommendations for the area were given which was so sweet. the entire place was spotless and fully stocked with utensils and cleaning products in the kitchen and also the bathroom. a perfect place - would highly recommend.
