Belle Air Mansion: A Boutique Hotel & Event Venue

Belle Air holds a special place in history for its architecture. It’s a true testament to the grand houses of the affluent Southern landowners in the first half of the 19th century.

Standing today as the leading Nashville Bed and Breakfast and Event Venue, Belle Air remains a rare example of a bygone era. It is a treasured piece of heritage that serves as a reminder of a time when such houses dotted the landscape but now are mostly lost.

The preservation of this magnificent home was crucial because it offers a valuable glimpse into the architecture of the Old South, allowing many people to experience its grandeur and appreciate its beauty.

The Belle Air Mansion property is 15,200 square feet with 16 guest rooms and 19 bathrooms.  All 16 guest rooms have a private bath. This property has 23 beds, sleeps 40, and the entire property can be reserved.

Inside there are 27 chandeliers, 200 year old original hardwood floors, original 232 year old brick in one section, fresco ceilings throughout, 12 to 13 feet high ceilings, eleven fireplaces, a dining/conference room that seats 26, another dining room seating 22, piano room, a corporate meeting space seating 18 at a conference table and another 14 in the room, breakout rooms, beautiful antiques throughout, a large modern kitchen with 2 refrigerators and much more.

Belle Air Mansion is on 6 acres. Starting in October 2025 our 4,000 square foot enclosed event center will be available. Outside also features a 2500 sq ft seating area as part of a large rose garden, multiple wedding ceremony areas, event stage, smaller sitting areas, large porches and much more.

Belle Air Mansion will also provide breakfast each morning which typically is included in a group stay. Each morning our guests are served a homemade Southern breakfast on fine china. Our breakfast is included with the stay and served on the outdoor veranda or in one of our beautiful dining rooms.
