This place was awesome! Totally worthwhile to spend the weekend in New Braunfels! Awesome location right next to Schlitterbahn and the Comal, as well as very close to downtown NB! Super fun for our big group and definitely had room to bring even more people! Meagan was very helpful with the booking, check-in, & check-out and gave us great recommendations for stuff to do in NB! 10/10!

Nice location right across from the main Schlitterbahn entrance and close to all the cute bars and restaurants in "downtown" NB. We especially liked the large fully fenced backyard for our dogs.

House is exactly as pictured. Lots of room for our large family. Walkable to downtown and parks. Games, movies inside and a swingset/playset outside. We enjoyed our time and would stay again if we visit the area.

Very cozy and comfortable home that was the perfect spot for our girls weekend at Wurstfest. We rented the golf cart which gave us easy access to downtown shopping and Wurstfest. Home’s design inside was very well done.

This is an awesome place to stay especially if you have a big group! The way the space is laid out and the amount of beds, gave us plenty of room for our group of 10 to sleep. The host was very proactive in response to any questions. In addition the place is close enough to the Comal that we could walk to and from to float. I highly recommend this house if you have a large group and you want to float or go to Schlitterbahn. Also, there is plenty of parking for your large group. We will booking this place again.

This place is just like the photos. We were there for a Bachlorette with 14 women and all got our own beds. The showers were nice water pressure and temperature. Beds comfortable and clean, kitchen has a lot of kitchen stuff for cooking at home if not wanting to go out to eat. Right next door to Schlitterbahn (we didn’t do this) but if you want to be close to it this is the place to be! We had a really nice time and enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend to stay here when staying with a big group/couple of families.

This home was designed beautifully to cater to a big group. There was no hassle for anything and everything we needed during our stay was available! We had an amazing time and our boys enjoyed every little feature from movies, home games and even coloring books! We would most definitely recommend this place!! Our absolute favorite thing is the room designs!
