The house we chose met our needs for an extended family holiday gathering spot perfectly. We had 8 adults and 3 dogs - not an easy formula for renting a house. But the home was spotless, comfortable, and modern; with a totally equipped kitchen that included a Kitchenaid stand mixer and large InstaPot. Our family meals were elaborate and made very easy by the kitchen design and equipment provided. The beach was a 10 minute walk away and a grocery store and other shopping was within a 15 minute drive. The elevator was incredibly helpful in getting our things into the bedrooms spread over four floors. Very appreciated! Everything was self-explanatory except how to turn the outside landscaping lights on and off. This was a lovely trip and our family and pups all had a wonderful and comfortable experience!

The home was plenty big enough for our large family and was located close to everything we wanted to do. It was also only a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay!
