How many beds and bathrooms are there?

Accepted Answer

Main house:
Primary bedroom: King bed, Queen Air Mattress in closet
Primary ensuite bathroom: Large shower, dual vanity sink and toilet
Secondary bedroom: Queen bed
Third Bedroom: Queen Murphy bed
Second Bathroom in hallway: Shower/tub combo, dual vanity sink and toilet

Outdoor Airstream: Full bed
Third bathroom: Small shower, small vanity sink and toilet

Question 2

Whats the max occupancy?

Accepted Answer

Per our local rules we are allowed to host 10 overnight guest and up to 20 daytime guests

Question 3

Can we play music outdoors

Accepted Answer

Music is allowed during daytime hours and quiet hours are from 10pm-8am we ask that no amplified noise be played during quiet hours

Question 4

Can we host an event at the house?

Accepted Answer

We welcome groups that are celebrating milestones. We do ask that you please inquiry prior if you are planning to have any outside vendors onsite during your stay. Occupancy limits to apply.
