From the kitchen space, to the multiple washers/dryers - our time in NOLA was enhanced by the peace of mind knowing we got to rest our heads in an amazing location. This is a GREAT large group rental. place is effectively brand new and well equipped. Has everything a large group needs including a nice shared plunge pool. Area like much of NOLA is mixed economically so be ready for that. Would def book again if we have a large group.

super maison très bien aménagé beaucoup d'ustensiles de cuisine. hote à l'écoute en cas de problème rien à redire je recommande. très bien placé dans un quartier assez calme proche du tramway et le bus qui passe en bas de la maison. piscine commune mais nous n'avons croisé personne durant notre séjour.

Great rental for a group or larger family - recommend!

We had a great time in New Orleans with Sam et al. The property itself is brand new, the pool is beautiful, and the rooms are all a nice size with plenty of space for couples / individual guests. Our hosts were responsive and helpful - I'd definitely come back!

Sam’s place was perfect for our family gathering in NOLA. The layout of the home was perfect for our large group. Everyone had their own bedroom and the kitchen and living room space was large and open for eating or hanging out watching a movie. The neighborhood is easy to get around and the hosts were very responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Place was great! Had one issue and the hosts responded and took care of it very quickly. Great space for a larger group. We were there for Mardi Gras and this house was close to a couple sets of parades. Usually took a ride to downtown, but walked it a few times and that was manageable. Pool area and garage w/ hot tub and ping pong were perfect for our group.

The place is tastefully designed and looks even better in person. The pool is amazing and extremely warm. The neighborhood is not great but not bad either (no one felt unsafe). It's only a few blocks from St Charles and walkable to the Garden District, Magazine, and the Superdome. Host was extremely responsive and facilitated an early checkin and late checkout.

Really enjoyed our stay! The place was pristine and had so many amenities! The hosts were very responsive and we had no issues during the trip at all! Recommend 10/10 for a group trip to New Orleans!

Beautiful house, tons of space, great location.

This place is ad good as the pictures but honestly better. The whole place is incredibly well done and makes for great hosting of large parties. The fact that the kitchen has 4 trash cans is such an underrated awesome amenity.

Our stay here was great for our big group! The place smelled wonderful, the makeup towels were a great addition, we had a very responsive host when our garbage disposal had an issue and it was fixed right away. Easy drive/Uber to all the things we needed to get to for the weekend!
