I would highly recommend this casa for any occasion , a team business event like our event or a family gathering, photoshoot, retreat or a getaway vacay . The house is beautiful, well kept , full service attendees a phone call away, we had a beautiful dinner upon arrival with a private chef and the food was gourmet and exceptional . We had drivers meet us at the airport and take us all back. My team was well treated and it was of what we had hoped for.

Had the best time with my family enjoying this Villa as paradise. This is a 10/10 stay and location. Enjoyed having a lot of space and two swimming pools for family to enjoy. Looking forward to next year returning.

Absolutely stunning Villa!! Beautifully decorated in a relaxing location in Tulum. Two swimming pools in a private secure Villa. The most relaxing and tranquil place that I have ever stayed at. I did not want to leave. I look forward to my next visit.

Awesome villa, great hosts! Staying here was all around enjoyable, but I would recommend renting a car or scooters to get around as it is off the beaten path a little bit.

Chuumuk Casa 1 is Pefect! Chuumuk Casa 1 absolutely knocked our socks off! It wasn't just nice - it was exceptional. Every room felt like something out of a fancy magazine, but still super comfy. The pool was perfect! Gorgeous doesn't even begin to cover it. We spent so much time there, from morning dips to evening floats with drinks in hand. It was like having our own private resort! We didn't just lounge around (though that would've been awesome too). Check out these amazing experiences we had at the suggestion of the concierge at Maya Luxe property rentals. 1. Sian Ka'an Biosphere: Mind-blowing nature tour. Think pristine beaches and lagoons so clear you can see your toes. 2. Cenotes Zip Line: So much fun – and delicious food too! 3. Mayan Ruins: So cool, plus a fantastic beach view! 4. Poolside Massages: Pure bliss. Nothing beats getting pampered right by the pool. Relaxation level: expert. Each of these little adventures was better than we could've imagined. They really made the trip special. We were able to select tours that picked up from the villa which was super convenient. Our time at Chuumuk Casa 1 wasn't just a vacation - it was the escape we didn't even know we needed. The awesome house, that dreamy pool, and all the cool stuff we did... it all added up to one unforgettable trip. If you're looking for a place to unwind, have some fun, and feel totally spoiled, Chuumuk Casa 1 in Tulum is where to go!

So much fun to stay here. We brought our whole family to enjoy it and there was plenty of space for all of us. Tulum is amazing and so is this beautiful home!

We had a girls' stay and it was just wonderful! The villa is sublime and very well-equipped, the neighborhood is perfect: not too far by car from the hotel area with restaurants/beach club but also from old Tulum taxi stops nearby cafes / restaurants / convenience stores within a 5-min walk and a security guard on the street I highly recommend it!

celebrated my 40th bday here last week and had a blast!! the place is even more beautiful than the photos, very spacious. the central pool and dining room hall is great to congregate but people can get away to their separate rooms for privacy as needed. dining table big to host large group. kitchen great with wonderful fridge. location isn't great for walkable things but taxi services were great. they do have services for hire like transport and private chef but I hired my own outside of their recs as I found them before securing this airbnb. lots of social spaces. ac works well. the fan in the main hall wasn't working but could make do with the ac alone. wifi went out at one point but they were quick to send someone out to fix the problem. robes and towels included. decor is on trend for yulum vibes. beach, cenote and zona hotelara all quick drives from the home. chedraui grocery is huge and not a far taxi ride away. if im ever back in tulum would love to stay here again!

I cannot stress enough how highly I'd recommend this villa to anyone. I was a bit nervous as we were traveling for my bachelorette as 13 young girls, and could not have possibly felt any safer. I was wowed from start to finish. Every last detail was thought of. Our questions were answered instantly. We booked transportation and a private chef through them and they were out of this world. This trip was the best few days of my life truly and would not have been possible without the hosts or without this stunning home. I would come back time and time again. THANK YOU!!

We had a bachelorette of 14 people and we all had a great time! The airbnb hosts were so quick to respond and gave helpful instructions and local recommendations. The airbnb was beautiful and they had all the amenities listed. I would definitely bring bug spray because it is surrounded by plants. There is also some shops and convenience stores walkable from the airbnb but be aware that most places you will need other transportation. Overall we had an amazing staying and would definitely recommend this spot!

Our experience was incredible! The host’s had fantastic communication that was prompt and helpful for our stay. The home was beautiful, spotless and well equipped for everything we needed. The neighborhood was very peaceful and safe allowing us to fully relax. We would love to stay here again — highly recommend!

Beautiful villa in a great location...5 minutes to center of Tulum town and about 15 minutes from the beach. Very responsive host who offered great recommendations for beach club and day at cenote club. Very clean and stylish property. Really enjoyed the third floor deck for yoga under the bright blue sky! We had a great stay, highly recommend!

The house is truly an amazing place! Every corner is beautiful and exactly like the photos. There were 14 of us and we all felt right at home and very comfortable. Renata and her team were lovely and communicative. They went above and beyond to help with planning, booking and were even pro active at offering recommendations. We would 100% come visit again!

The villa was as unique and stunning as the photos and description. We especially loved the indoor/outdoor feel being surrounded by plants everywhere you look. The house was spotless and the concierge service a big plus to making our stay in Tulum so enjoyable. We would highly recommend.

Stunning Airbnb that looks just as good as the photos. And the kitchen/living room is spacious, which was perfect for the joint bachelorette/bachelor trip we had. The best part was that the Airbnb provided free filtered water for us, which saved us the effort of carrying back heavy water bottles from the grocery store to the Airbnb. The second best part was all the ACs worked phenomenally to keep us cool in the scorching Mexico heat. Aldea Zama is an up & coming neighborhood so we had no problem finding groceries and restaurants around us that were < 10 min walk away (and I expect there will only be more options as they increase development). Finally, although we had some issues with the front door lock when we first got there, the hosts were super responsive and able to help us resolve it quickly by having the maintenance team come twice. They also had someone clean up the pool/outdoor areas every morning.

We had an absolutely wonderful trip! Sevatulum's group of hosts were super helpful and proactive. Every room was absolutely stunning and well equipped (they even had clean robes in every room!)! We were there with 13 women and it felt safe and spacious. The air conditioning in every room was a necessity in the heat and very much a luxury. I can't say enough about the pool in the center of the home, it really made the house feel like our own private oasis. Would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a perfect vacation!

We stayed at this Airbnb for my bachelorette trip and it was perfect! The house was just as beautiful as the photos—spacious, clean, and designed for groups to relax and have fun together. The bedrooms were super comfortable, the pool was a total highlight (we spent hours there!), and there were plenty of spots for lounging, getting ready, or taking cute group photos. This house made the whole weekend feel special, and I’d absolutely recommend it for any group getaway—especially something celebratory like a bachelorette. We made the best memories here!

My stay here for my bachelorette with 13 other girls was perfect. The vibes were immaculate & truly felt like we were in paradise. I wanna say a thank you to the concierge for always responding so fast, and getting all of our bookings for us. It was so convenient in the planning process for the group. The concierge is so helpful! The location is walkable to great cafes. Overall, I would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Tulum.

Even better than the pictures, with a responsive and friendly team! It was the perfect place for 8 girls for a weekend. The rooftop terrace was gorgeous and peaceful, we spent a lot of time in the main room, and the main pool was simply stunning! Would definitely stay again
