Absolutely! Our space can comfortably host up to 50 guests for your celebration. Whether you're planning a lively bachelorette weekend or a stylish brunch with friends, we’ve got the room — and the vibe — to make it unforgettable.

Please note: Events with more than 8 guests are subject to an additional fee. Please let us know prior to booking to ensure availability and proper accommodations.

Where are you located?

We're conveniently located near the heart of San Antonio, minutes from top restaurants, nightlife, and Insta-worthy photo ops. You'll be super close to the action — but in your own private sanctuary!

Question 6

Can we request early check-in or late check-out?

Accepted Answer

Definitely! Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. We can offer a complimentary 1-hour early check-in or late check-out when available. Just message us the morning before check-in or the night before check-out so we can confirm availability.

Need more time? We can also secure half-day rentals (subject to availability) if you’d like a more relaxed arrival or departure!

Are there quiet hours we need to follow?

Yes. Since we are located in a residential complex, we ask guests to observe quiet hours from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM.

You’re absolutely welcome to continue the celebration! We just ask that you keep noise levels respectful during those hours for the sake of our neighbors.

Is there a minimum age requirement to book?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The reserving guest must be at least 25 years old and must be present for the entire stay. You'll be asked to submit your ID during the booking process (just as you would at a hotel).
This helps us ensure a smooth, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all guests!

Are there any items or activities that aren’t allowed?

To maintain the quality of our space and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all guests, the following are strictly prohibited:

-Pornography
-Smoking inside and iIllicit drug use
