Jacob was a great host. It’s clear that the lake house is a labor of love. There is so much to do there! The home is popular with younger groups, but we came with a family with younger kids and had a great time as well. We rented the jet ski, which was a lot of fun as well. It’s great that Lake Travis is just down the hill from the house. We would definitely stay there again!

We came on a bachelor party for my brother. From the beginning Jake was been very responsive and always willing to answer any questions. The airbnb had everything you could want for a bachelor party and also had the opportunity to rent captianed boats with ATX that were on the property. Our captain was super chill and brought us to Devils Cove, which was a blast. I definitely recommend this AirBnb!

Jacob and Leslie were super responsive, easy to get in touch with. They showed our whole crew around right when we got there and made us feel at home. The backyard was amazing and there was always something to entertain the boys for my bachelor party. Was able to get boat access right from our dock which was a plus. Would recommend to anyone coming with a big group!

Our stay at Jacob’s Airbnb on Lake Travis was nothing short of legendary. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had discovered a little slice of paradise that the city of Austin itself could never quite offer. Jacob greeted us with the kind of hospitality that makes you feel like lifelong friends, immediately putting our group at ease. The amenities were truly next level. We started with some friendly competition on the volleyball court, then tested our precision on the putting green. Every game, every laugh, every near-victory felt like a highlight reel of pure joy. And then there was Lake Travis… oh, Lake Travis. Just steps away, its gentle waves provided the perfect soundtrack for our stay. For a smaller, relaxed bachelor party..or honestly, any group craving sun, games, and lakeside bliss… the place is unmatched. If you’re thinking about staying here, don’t hesitate. We had an incredible stay at Reams Dream! Jacob and Leslie could not have been more welcoming. It’s like having your very own private camp/resort. Very spacious and fun layout. Thoughtfully stocked and with everything needed for your stay. The house is beautifully decorated and has fun art work to look at. No need to leave the property as there is so much to do. We particularly loved the lit volleyball court for nighttime games. A great place for a family or friends get together. Highly recommend!

We spent three nights at Jacob’s place for a bachelor party and had an awesome time. There’s so much to do at the house that we barely left the entire weekend. Jacob has truly thought of every detail to make sure guests are fully equipped and able to enjoy their stay to the fullest. This was honestly the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Everyone absolutely loved it — the energy at Reames of Dreams is amazing. The house was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. It even had all the games for our group to enjoy, making our stay so much fun. The host was friendly, responsive, and easy to reach, which made the experience completely seamless. We also loved being able to rent a boat from Jacob and cruise the lake at sunset — the perfect ending to an already perfect stay. I’ve worked in property management for nearly 20 years and travel often, and I can honestly say this was hands down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Several of our guests have already asked about booking it for future trips, and we can’t wait to return!

Jacob was an incredible host with a great property. We slept 12 guys comfortably, had plenty to do around the house, and a great time overall. If you’re looking to host a large group at Lake Austin without running out of things to do this is the place to do it!

We had such a wonderful stay! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and not too far from downtown. Our host was welcoming and responsive, which made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The stay was just what we were looking for! We came for a fantasy football trip and had everything we needed. The house & yard were perfect for lounging as well as games. Jacob also helped a lot, it's clear he cares a lot about maintaining a good property and making sure the guests have everything they need!

We had a great stay on the lake at Jacob's place for a bachelor party. All the activities on the property were even more impressive in person and gave the group endless things to keep us busy. At the same time, just sitting by the dock and swimming in the lake was extremely pretty and peaceful. Would highly recommend the house for a group trip. In addition to the activities and location, the house went above and beyond for the day to day supplies you may need for your stay, making it easier on us.

We had an amazing stay at Jacob’s place!! The pictures did not do it justice and loved how clean it was. The view was beautiful and we took advantage of what all they had to offer. We found ourselves spending most of our time at the volleyball pit. It was a huge hit with the kids and adults! We also rented their boat which was such a blast! Overall this house is a must! You won’t be disappointed!

We stayed at Jacob’s place for a bachelor party and the house was perfectly set up for that! Jacob was incredibly communicative and had everything needed to enjoy and host a bachelor trip which I appreciated as it made my job a whole lot easier. Some highlights: -Beer dice set up -a Lake with boating service that Jacob runs. ATX Boat service. It was very worth it if you have a big group and everyone chips in. I appreciated Jacob’s proactive communication, he’s super quick to follow up and made planning things easy. He was flexible with allowing us to stay a bit late so we could go straight to the airport.

This was a great spot for our weekend hang out. Endless activities to do both in the Airbnb and outside. Also the interior was very nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. The hosts were extremely responsive and even proactive in reaching out to me beforehand with useful information. Definitely recommend!

We had an amazing weekend celebrating my fiancé’s 30th birthday with close friends. As Austin locals, this was the perfect staycation spot! The property offered plenty of space and activities for our group, and we always had a comfortable place to sit and hang out. The volleyball court, complete with lights for night games, was a big hit. Everything was super clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked with cooking supplies. The grill was ready to go with a full propane tank, making it easy for us to cook up a great meal. We’ll definitely be back!

This is an awesome destination for a larger group of people. 11 of us stayed three nights here and had a blast. There is so much to do, you wonder why you’d even leave the property. Be sure to take advantage of the ATX Boat Rental discount while you are here!

The house was exactly as listed and had everything we needed for a fun stay. It was on a great spot overlooking the lake. There was tons to do on the property and in the house to keep a group occupied all day long. The hosts were very good at communicating and reached out beforehand to give local recommendations and help with planning of your trip.

Jacob's property was beautiful and very accommodating. There was plenty to do in the property between the volleyball, swimming at the dock, playing yard games, or just relaxing around the house. I would recommend it to anyone and I would definitely go back.

I had one of the best weekends of my life here. Stayed with a group of 12 friends for a bachelor party and could not have picked a better house. The hosts were amazing and truly offered 5 star service with a vested interest in making sure our stay was phenomenal. They even built us a beer die table on request in the middle of the weekend. The volleyball court, countless games, private dock, and sunset view across the water made this the perfect house for our group. I would highly recommend this Airbnb for any guys weekend or group gathering. The actual house was better than the photos, you won’t regret choosing this property for your next trip!

Jacob and his co-host Leslie were wonderful hosts! They both were prompt and responsive to any question we had and had plenty of additional advice about the surrounding area that made planning our vacation easy. There were no issues when we checked in and there was so much to do at the AirBnb. We had a great and memorable time and Jacob and Leslie made that relatively effortless and reassuring.

Stayed here for my bachelor party. I was a little worried it might be too small for the 12 of us but we had more than enough space! Tons of different areas to hang out between the billiards room, ping pong/darts in the garage, volleyball court, firepit, or the main living room upstairs. Literally couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Jacob was super accommodating and helped us out with a boat rental as well!

Great spot for a boy's weekend. Lots of outdoor activities around the property to keep you busy. Jacob and his mother were very gracious hosts and were always there to answer questions and give us local recommendations of things to do off site or within the property.

We had an incredible experience staying at this house. The location was amzing and we got to experience a beautiful sunset each night. All of the ammenities were as advertised. Everything was great including the volleyball court, pool table, grill, and many indoor/outdoor TVs. Jacob even cleaned the outside after night two and replaced one of the broken cornhole bags without us even asking. Everything from the service to the property were perfect for our trip. I would stay here over and over again. Highly reccomend as this property will not disappoint! Thank you Leslie and Jacob for making our weekend so great!

My group loved staying at Jacobs home! from the very beginning he was very responsive and easy to book with! We were also able to stay in contact with him and his cohost the entire stay in case we had any questions! Our hosts went above and beyond and made a stressful weekend of planning that much easier! The perfect place to stay for a long weekend with large groups. This place has it all. From a volley ball court, boat dock, yard games, etc there is everything you could want to keep yourself entertained without ever having to leave the property. Host was extremely responsive and attentive to our requests throughout the weekend. 5/5 stars would book again!

Stayed here with a large group of friends for my bachelor party. Great location on the lake with easy access to downtown Austin and surrounding amenities. The house was perfect for a large group and provided everything needed for a few days at the lake including beach towels, sunscreen, coolers, a propane grill with accessories and any yard game you can think of. The volleyball court was an awesome added feature for our large competitive group. Easy access to the water and use of Jacob’s dock and lily pad were key for the long hot days. Would recommend this place to any group of friends or family looking to get away. Thank you for having us Jacob!

Was a lovely home with so much to do and not enough time to do it all. The home had all the amenities one would need to host a lovely retreat and relax. Leslie, the host’s mom was very welcoming and accommodating. Overall, I wish I had more time to use all the cool activities the home provided.

Jacob runs a great AirBNB. We had 8 of us in town to enjoy the USGP over at Circuit of the Americas. This is definitely a bit of a distance from the track, but we appreciated the seclusion of the place. It made for a great party headquarters, with plenty to do, but also was a fantastic location to just chill and relax after a high-octane day. I highly suggest this location. There isn't much super close by (walking distance) for eating, so we made use of the very well equipped kitchen.

This house is epic!! Amazing lake view, awesome outdoor spaces to gather and hang or be active. Fabulous amenities and there is just a sense that the property is truly well loved. We loved hanging on the dock and in the yard looking out over the lake, was just so chill and the perfect escape for a weekend away from the city. Would absolutely rent again!

Jacob’s place was perfect for my group’s vacation on Lake Travis. It is extremely spacious, has plenty of activities, and is well equipped for a large group. Jacob’s communication was excellent before and throughout our stay. I plan on staying again and would totally recommend this place to everybody!

Great home - clean, right on the lake, well-stocked kitchen, and lots of space for a group weekend! Very comfortable and relaxing! The owners placed a lily pad out on their dock for us which was very accommodating especially given the low lake levels this year. We loved swimming, relaxing, and playing volleyball! We did have an unforeseen issue during our stay without running water due to a well issue that was promptly addressed by Leslie, the co-host, who brought us water and was able to fix the issue quickly same-day! Leslie was very nice - drove our coolers to the lake and accommodated a late checkout!

Jacob and Leslie were wonderful hosts! The house was perfect for our large family trip. We had plenty of space to spread out. The outdoor spaces were absolutely incredible. It was so nice to swim off the dock with the Lilly pad. The kids could not get enough! The lake is accessible and was nice to have a more gentle slope to reach lake travis. Sleeping arrangements were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook many large meals and house very well decorated and cozy! Our trip could not have been more perfect.

Hands down this is the place to stay in Austin. The house and property were perfect for our party of 12, the house is stocked incredibly well and you’ll have everything you need to enjoy yourself. The volleyball court is a fantastic touch as well as the lake access through the private dock. Jacob was extremely accommodating and helped us multiple times with no issues. Great experience! We had a group of 10 - 2 adults - 7 18 yr olds -1 15 yr. Old *wife and Me and all boys We loved this place size was great for us and the set up was great Put all the 18 year old boys in the bunk room and the rest of us spread out in the other bedrooms and the family room Absolutely amazing amenities - with a large group of young men they are very active Ping-pong, billiards, sand volleyball (sand wuffle ball in our case) , spike ball We also used ATX boat rentals which made it very easy and stress-free for us I would highly recommend both the house as well as the boat rental as a combo We would highly recommend this place and we will definitely visit again if we had to Lake Travis again We built some great memories with this group of graduates prior to them going to different colleges Thanks Jake!

Jacob was an outstanding host! Extremely reliable, friendly when we saw him, and an excellent resource for doing water sports- he also runs a boat rental company and highly recommend his services. The house was prestine and had just about everything we could have asked for. I would like to come and do this exact same trip in the next year or two.

Fantastic experience all around. Yes, the volleyball and Spikeball and cornhole and plethora of games are a massive plus, but it's the details that take you over the edge. The kitchen cookware is in plenty and high quality; the towels are many and plush; and there's more bluetooth speakers than you know what do with. The view is also unreal— gorgeous sunsets, amazing lakeviews as far as the eye can see. Jacob's boat service is also amazing, getting picked up from the house was a plus, and the boat was as classy as you can get on Lake Travis.

This place was perfect for a birthday celebration for me and my friends. Communication with the hosts was easy and they were very responsive to questions. The home had all of the amenities you could want plus extra. You can tell a lot of thought was put into making it fun and comfortable. There was so much to do both inside and outside the house for everyone! Would definitely stay again!

This place is an amazing to stay for the weekend, plenty of amenities to enjoy, great views and great living space. We were here for a bachelor party and even though the weather was cold and windy we still had a great time sitting by the outdoor fire pit and cooking on the grill. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway.

This is an amazing property! It was the perfect place to spread out, play games, enjoy the sights, and we took a trip into downtown. Jacob and his mom were gracious and communicative hosts. We did the boat rental with Jacob as well - he’s a great captain and we loved the wake surfing. Ten out of ten would recommend!

This listing is great! My party and I really enjoyed ourselves. There wasn't anything this property didn't have. The proximity to some of the best golfing in the area in addition to the quality of the premises should put this at the top of anyone's list if they are coming in to the Austin area. Just steps away from the lake, I can imagine this place is equally if not more wonderful during lake season! Food proximity is also great, there wasn't anything we couldn't UberEats or GrubHub if we really got hungry and the local vodka distillery is a must do! Great property and location, whether you are looking for something relaxing or more activity filled this listing offers both!

This house was great! We had 12 adults in our group and never once did we feel like there wasn't enough space. The house had everything we needed for a fun weekend -- from the outdoor games, the lighted volleyball court (which was well kept), to the stocked kitchen/the extras inside...it had it all. Jacob was accommodating and quick to respond. We also rented a boat from the owners company which departed/arrived right from the dock located at the Airbnb so we did not have to drive anywhere to meet them (huge plus). Would definitely recommend this Airbnb to my friends/family.

Incredible house and service! From the minute we walked in throughout the stay 5 star service. Having a vacation home myself I picked up on the little details that went into this property including nice bedding, towels, kitchen supplies Bluetooth surround sound speakers, ext. The location was unbelievable with outdoor area to relax. Vollyball set up was impressive and great way to celebrate with some close friends. Jacob was a great host being available if needed and all around was a great experience.

What an incredible property. Perfect location for my 50th birthday party. I rented some jet skis and it was very easy to get them in the water. The house is a top/bottom duplex, which worked out well for a summer party; the bottom floor stayed cool even with all the high-traffic upstairs. The volleyball court couldn't be better, we were able to play well after dark and plug in our own music. The patio was the main draw and had plenty of shade. Jacob was relaxed and helpful, and his dog Pepper joined us for the festivities (which the kids loved). I'm planning on making this a birthday tradition. Thanks, Jacob!

HUGE thanks to Jacob for an epic 4th of July weekend! We had a group from all parts of Austin and this place had everything you would need for group activities, or even some alone time to recharge a bit! - Want to play some hectic outdoor games? No problem! There's an entire volleyball court with sand (YES A VOLLEYBALL COURT), spikeball and even a cornhole set literally right next to it with everything overlooking the lake. We ended up bringing our own Beersbee set (look it up if you haven't heard of it cause it's AMAZING) and the sand made for some crazy diving plays. - Need a break from the games or just watch to watch? There are plenty of outdoor seats near the games and these sit-down spinny hammock things right in the shade! Trusssst me on those hammock things in that they're the BEST seat in the house and that you're liable to get stuck for HOURS in one of those things. - How about something even further from all the games to just read a book or something? I got you! There are hanging seats along the upper deck that you can even set up an outdoor fan to keep yourself cool - Okay I get it the outdoors is awesome but what about inside? Besides the 'super farmhouse chic' aesthetic (not my words I swear), you're looking at the most comfortable couch in the world, every cup, dish, spice, and kitchen knick knack you'd need, and an entire separate downstairs with a POOL TABLE when you want to stay cool indoors. There are even a bunch of random board games for use. Yeah I'd say you're set indoors too. - What about sleeping arrangements? For you know.. sleep? Because we had a mixed group with different bed times, a couple couples, party people, and early risers, we allocated the beds based on each. The bunk bed room was for.. you guessed it, the party people! There are even a couple floor mattresses to use or you can bring an air mattress or two with their own in room bathroom or one right in the hallway. The second bedroom was perfect for a couple with maaaybe room for a small air mattress if you wanted to include another person. The first bedroom is on its own in the separate downstairs area which was perfect for our early sleepers and/or early risers. Since the pool table is downstairs too, we just made that off-limits at night. All in all, this is a great place to stay and I fully expect this place to be fully booked months and months out. If you see it available, BOOK IT. You will not regret it!
