Is the property private?

You will have full private access to the vacation home, pool, rooftop deck, game room, and surrounding garden areas during your stay. Our Farm Manager does live on-site in separate housing and may be tending to the plants or animals during your stay.

Can we host events or parties at the property?

Small group celebrations like birthdays or bachelorettes are welcome, but please note this is not a party house. We ask all guests to respect noise levels and the serene farm environment. Larger gatherings require prior written approval from the host.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check in starts at 4 pm and check out is at 10 am. Early check-ins or late check-out may be available upon request.

Guests can request a self check-in, however we prefer to have our Farm Manager greet guests and give a brief overview of the property upon arrival. All stays include a complimentary 60-minute farm tour that can be scheduled for check in or a different time.

The pool can be heated for an additional fee. However, it stays refreshing during the summer months.

Is parking available?

Yes, there is on-site parking available for up to 15 vehicles.

Most groups arrive by car, and there’s plenty of onsite parking for your party. Ride shares like Uber and Lyft are available but may have limited service due to our rural location, so we recommend coordinating a designated driver or carpool for off-site plans.
