Excellent place, very clean and beautiful. Everything was peaceful. The house was more than I expected. I highly recommend it. Amazing atmosphere. If you want to relax in a wonderful place, this is it, and the hostess is excellent in every way. We are very happy.

Our stay at Wake and Chill on Lake Norman was truly a home away from home. Our family made so many special memories together — from roasting s’mores around the fire pit while telling ghost stories at night to slow mornings on the back porch sipping coffee and enjoying the peaceful lake views. The house had everything we needed to relax and feel comfortable. We grilled dinners, made delicious breakfasts in an enormous space that had everything we needed , and simply enjoyed quality family time, including playing board games around the table. One of the highlights of our trip was visiting Lazy 5 ranch where we got up close with so many animals, including zebras! We highly recommend a visit to Lake Norman, and if we’re lucky enough to return, we would absolutely stay at Wake and Chill again!

Place was super nice and clean. Communication was excellent. Will definitely be staying there again if they let us. Our family is big and there was plenty of room.

A wonderful house with large spaces and enough rooms for a family getaway. Beautiful views, a large pool, and a dock that gives you access to the lake. The kitchen is well-equipped. There is a boat ramp just 3 minutes away. I would definitely repeat the experience very soon. The host always responds and is very attentive to your needs. 👌

We stayed here for a large family New Year’s gathering and it exceeded every expectation. The home is absolutely beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for groups—there was more than enough room for everyone to spread out while still having amazing spaces to come together. The kitchen was a huge highlight for us with the double ovens and two refrigerators, which made cooking for a big group incredibly easy. We spent most of our time enjoying the outdoor areas—the fire pit at night, the multiple seating spaces, and the stunning lake views made it feel like a true retreat. The property itself is incredible—private, so much space, and right on the water. Even in the winter, the dock and views were a favorite spot for morning coffee and evening sunsets. You can tell a lot of thought went into creating a place that’s both relaxing and fun for all ages. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as described. The hosts were responsive and made the entire experience seamless. This was the perfect place to ring in the New Year and create lasting memories with our extended family. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special lakefront getaway!

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay at Wake and Chill LKN.  First, the location on the lake is serene and peaceful.  Beautiful sunsets.  Wonderful outdoor space to enjoy during the day and into the evening.  The home is warm and welcoming with plenty of space for the family.  A well appointed kitchen met all of our needs.  Lots of space for game time and cocktail hour with the girls in the evenings and comfortable and roomy bedrooms.  The host ensured we had everything we needed.  Can’t wait to go back!
