The Beach House Palm Cay: 4-BR Oceanfront Retreat

Welcome to The Beach House, a spacious 4-BR townhouse set directly on the sand in Palm Cay Resort, Nassau. Wake up to breathtaking ocean views and enjoy a fully stocked home designed for comfort and style.

Perfect for families, groups, or couples, this retreat includes access to resort amenities—private beach, pools, gym, spa, marina, and dining at The Pink Octopus and Dockside Café. Experience the ultimate blend of luxury, convenience, and tropical charm.

The space:

• The home is a three-story townhome located directly on the beach with unobstructed views of the ocean.

• The ground floor offers a bright, open-concept kitchen, living, and dining areas.

• The state-of-the-art kitchen is a chef’s delight, equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and a large island with seating.

The second floor has three bedrooms:

• The king primary suite with ensuite bathroom and its own private balcony overlooking the beach and ocean.

• 2 queen bedrooms, which share a full bathroom.

• On the third floor, you'll find another queen bedroom with its own bathroom.

Guest access: As our guest, you're welcome to enjoy the following at no additional cost:

• Beach: The beach is located directly in front of the home - step off the patio onto the sand.

• Pool: The Starfish Isle pool is situated in the middle of Starfish Isle, which is a quick 1-minute walk from the home. It is located just across the parking lot on the beach side.

• Tennis and pickleball courts: Please make court reservations through the Palm Cay Welcome Center.

• Putting green: Next to Tennis and Pickleball Courts

• Playground: Next to Putting Green

Dining: Pink Octopus Restaurant (1-minute walk) and Dockside Cafe/Shop (2-minute walk).

Resort Amenities (Purchased through Palm Cay):

You can enjoy the Palm Cay Resort Beach Club pass for $22 per person, per day, minimum of 3 consecutive days, or the Beach Club & Gym pass for $33 per person, per day, minimum of 3 consecutive days. The gym option cannot be purchased separately.

Below are the rules pertaining to Children:

• Children are welcome at the club, however, there are designated bar areas serving alcohol that are off limits.

• Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult in the gym.

• Children must be 16 and older to swim in the adult lap pool.

All payments are made at the Palm Cay Welcome Center and are accepted via Credit Card only.

Please note, that these fees are separate and apart from the rental booking cost and are subject to change without notice.

Other things to note:

You'll be welcomed to island life while staying at Beach House, and with that, you might experience one of our occasional power/water outages. The property does not have a generator, but flashlights and a battery-powered fan will be provided.

We love The Bahamas for its year-round sun and warm climate, and so do our tropical bugs. To limit their visits, we ask that you keep doors and windows closed when you’re out and be sure to properly seal food items.
