What is the Garden House and how is it different from the Cottages?

The Garden House offers a spacious retreat perfect for groups and families. Enjoy the comfort of:

Two dining areas and two fully stocked kitchens
Accommodations for up to 12 guests (or book Garden House South or East for groups of 6 or less)
Dedicated parking, outdoor patios, and a private garden entrance
Sumptuous linens, spa-inspired touches, and house-made bath and body products
Washer and dryer available for use

How far in advance should I book my stay?

Great question! It depends on the time of year. If you plan to visit in March – May or September – October, we recommend booking your accommodations 45-60 days out.

What amenities do the cottages have?

Accepted Answer

All of our cottages have the same amenities including a king bed, spa style bathroom with made in house bath and body products, microwave, and mini fridge.

Question 4

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancel 15 days or more prior to your your stay for a $75 fee. Any cancellations 14 days or less prior to your arrival will not be refunded.

Is breakfast included?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Breakfast is included and delivered to your door each morning between 8-8:30 in an adorable breakfast basket.

When is check in and check out?

We have contactless check in and check out. Check in is at 3 pm or later and check out is at 11 am.

Do you allow pets?

Accepted Answer

No pets are allowed on property, but ADA service animals are welcome. Keep an eye out for the resident neighborhood cat, Sage. Sage is very well loved - don't let him con you into letting him in your room!
