I can't say enough about GQ vacations. The house is a whole experience. The hosts were beyond amazing. The concierge services they offered allowed me to have everything set perfectly for our arrival. The house was gorgeous and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views are amazing. The beach was across the street. The private Jacuzzi was super relaxing. The decor was so inspiring. I would definitely love to come back for another visit or look into visiting some of their other locations. Thank you Brian and Jess for everything. You all really know how to set the vibe for an unforgettable experience!!!

Property is very nice in a very nice location We will be returning to Pompano in the last week of October, and would like to rent the same house for two weeks, if still available!

The house is immaculate and very luxurious, very well decorated and clean, plenty of balconies on every floor and right on the intercostal where there was plenty of sea life and boating activity to watch. Our family has young children that spotted manatees/sting rays/various coastal fish. We did not anticipate the personal elevator, but it was very useful for the luggage and going to the rooftop space from one of the lower floors. Every night we headed to the boardwalk where there is plenty to do. Brian and Jess and their team were there for anything we needed which was very appreciated!

Truly enjoyed my stay in this beautiful home. Great location and the boat dock made it even more convenient. Looking forward to another visit

We had our yearly family vacation here, and rented the whole place, both houses. The place was perfect for the range of ages we have, everybody had something to do, perfect to spend time all together. The pool area is amazing and the water slide a super plus. We never left the house, just for the supermarket. Everything is maintained very well, we had some minor issues and the response was immediate, Tom the grounds keeper was super friendly and helpful. Would definetly come again. Only down side if you like sleeping in a super cold room the air doesn’t go below 70.

The water slide, pool, volleyball court, tennis court and pond were awesome. The “soccer field” only had one goal and isn’t really more than some grass and there is a little bit of a flooding issue on parts of the property. There were just some minor things that can be improved on the inside but the owner was very responsive to any requests we had. We had a large group and the multiple houses was a great setup and overall it was a great experience for us!

We booked this listing for a birthday trip with friends. Came down with 3 couples, 3 trucks and 3 jet ski trailers. House was immaculate and very comfortable for all guest. Parking was perfect and the neighborhood was extremely friendly and quiet. When asked for launch recommendations or restaurants, the host were very quick to respond with great local connections! We had a wonderful stay at this luxury condo near Hollywood Beach! The space was beautifully decorated, spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions, while still feeling peaceful and upscale. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, convenient amenities, and easy check-in process. The host was responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean, stylish, and enjoyable stay in the Hollywood Beach area!

The house is amazing and the service was always very good! Highly recommended for groups who want to spend a few days. We went for the World Cup and made great use of the facilities, such as the pool, the grill and the soccer field. We would definitely return to the accommodation with friends. Thank you!!

Our group hadn't all been together in years, so this trip was really more about having time to sit around and catch up than doing a packed itinerary. The house was great for that. People could talk inside, others could hang outside, and somehow every night ended with all of us sitting together way later than planned. It was a really special weekend.

Good spot for a weekend with the guys. Enough room, easy setup and we didn't have to coordinate every little thing because people could just hang out wherever. We used the outside areas a lot and mostly kept things simple. Would definitely work for another group trip.

We wanted something more private than staying at a hotel for our anniversary and this was a great choice. Slow mornings, coffee outside and quiet evenings were probably our favorite part of the trip. It felt like we could actually disconnect for a few days.

We had a fairly large group, so my biggest concern before arriving was whether the common areas would actually be comfortable once everyone was there. They were. There was enough seating and enough separate areas that the house never felt congested. Check-in was simple and the stay was straightforward from beginning to end.

10/10 weekend 😂 We came with absolutely no plans besides eating, drinking and relaxing, and honestly that's pretty much what happened. The outdoor space got USED. Everybody found their little spot and we barely wanted to leave the house.

Booked the house for my birthday and had family and friends coming from different places. It ended up working great for everyone. We cooked, hung around the house, went out for dinner one night and came back to keep the night going. No complaints from the group, which is usually a miracle.

This was exactly what we needed for a girls weekend. We spent a ridiculous amount of time outside just talking, eating and catching up. There was enough room for everyone to spread out, and nobody ever felt like we were constantly on top of each other. Really easy, relaxing stay.
