Reviews for 3-Bedroom Rooftop Retreat Near Central Miramar

We had an awesome time in PR! This apartment is super close to Old San Juan and Condado (uber), and walking to Santurce so getting around was a breeze. We did a few day trips out to the beaches in Río Grande and Fajardo, and even grabbed some beach gear from a company called Island Butler which made things super easy. Honestly, cool spot if you want to be near everything in San Juan but still explore the rest of the island.

Great place to stay! Definitely be mindful of what you pack because those steps are no joke. Will stay again for sure

We loved our stay at Picaflor 9! The spot was perfect as it super central in San Juan, close to Miramar and Santurce, so we could just walk around and explore. The building has that cool old architecture vibe but with nice new finishes inside. For our group it worked really well. We came for the Bad Bunny concert and if we come back we’d totally stay here again.

My friend and I stayed here with a group of five, and it was perfect! There was more than enough space for all of us, and the home was clean, beautiful, and very comfortable. One of the highlights was the stunning rooftop deck — such a great spot to relax and enjoy the view. The location couldn’t be better, right in the center of town, which made it easy to get around and explore. We would highly recommend this place!

Alvaro was a very accommodating host. Check in was easily understandable and they worked with us as our flight got in late at night. Additionally they were very responsive to any concerns we had and even let us have a late check out when our flight was delayed. Some of the best hosts I have had!

Good place overall. Host were very quick to respond to any inquiries or issues we had through out our stay. There are restaurants and stores at walking distance. Parking wasn’t so convenient, we paid nightly for the parking space in front of the building, street parking is rarely available. We enjoyed the terrace it’s nicely decorated and cozy. It’s noisy in the surrounding area. The windows do have a plastic covering on them if it’s windy it does make a loud noise, if you are a heavy sleeper then this won’t be a problem. Overall the rooms are very spacious for big groups to come and travel and stay there.

Perfect and spacious! Amazing for a group, perfect location. Beach was not to far. Restaurant near by were amazing. No central AC so it can be a little hot but rooms had individual ac units. Huge rooftop balcony which was beautiful! No elevator access, stairs only. Overall amazing place, felt safe, easily accessible to everything I needed nearby and home was suitable for a perfect vacay! Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone not wanting to be in direct tourist area but close enough to walk. San Juan was only about an 8 min uber.
