If I could give this property ten stars I would! Spacious and extremely comfortable for large groups yet cozy and warm at the same time. It’s the perfect week long or weekend getaway to the Poconos! Jim Thorpe is a beautiful and scenic place to spend an afternoon with shopping and great food. Run to plan your visit!

Went there with a few friends and had the best time!! The host helped arrange for us to meet some highland cows and they came right to our location. What a treat!! Definitely would come back again and recommend it to all our friends!!

We were a group of 12 who stayed at the Pocono Barndominum. This place is huge & had everything we needed. From the movie room to the golf simulator to the hot tub, it had everything you could want in an Airbnb. Not to mention it’s literally down the road from so many things to do in the poconos. 10/10 would stay again!

This Barndominium is awesome for big groups. Details in the building such as heated floors in the bathrooms made the stay feel so cozy! There’s plenty to do with shuffle board, the golf simulator, outdoor hot tub with a TV, and movie room! The mountains are only about 20 minutes away for skiing or snow tubing. Jim Thorpe was also perfect for some cute restaurants and a scenic train ride! The hosts were incredible and catered to our every need. They were knowledgeable on the area and super friendly. Would 10/10 recommend staying here!

Such a special stay at the Pocono Barndominium. It was the perfect retreat for me and my best friends; we had the best time slowing down, hanging out, and really bonding together. The house is beautiful and super cozy, with plenty of space to relax. One of the highlights was booking the cow experience (which the house helped set up!) - such a fun, unique moment we’ll always remember. It felt like a true escape and exactly what we needed. Would absolutely come back and make it an annual retreat.

This was hands down the best home I've ever stayed in for vacation. Cat and Laura are very responsive and helpful. The house was built with love and you can see it in every detail. The location is great and close to so many things like markets, restaurants, ski resorts, wineries and more. My family (9 of us) stayed for 3 days and loved every second. We all had our own space and with 3 bathrooms in the house, no one was fighting to use the shower 😀 This place isn't just a house to stay in for travels. It's a custom built home run by an incredible family who truly care about your experience. I highly recommend you stay here. You will not regret it.

The Barndo was a great place to stay for Mother's Day weekend to celebrate with our family. It was spacious, clean and modern while also giving a rustic feel. There was a lot of activities for everyone no matter their interest whether that was playing corn hole, horseshoes, using the golf simulator which the builders made themselves or just relaxing by the wood burning fireplace in the living room. They had a fire pit outside that was next to a little stream and It was super relaxing, they even provided fire starters and firewood. The outdoor hot tub they had was secluded and even had a tv out there if you wanted to play music or watch something. They even had a Blackstone grill which is perfect to cook for big groups. But you never felt cramped in the house, even when we were all in the living/dining room because there was so much seating for everyone and we could all spread out. Another thing I liked was the heated floors in the bathrooms which were unique. For someone like myself who needs coffee every morning, It came stocked with a full coffee bar, flavored syrups, cream and different types of coffee. It was nice to have options as the coffee machine took K-Cups, makes iced coffee and if I wanted to bring my own blend I could too because you could use the drip coffee feature. My Grandma who is in her eighties was able to walk throughout the house with ease as It was all on one floor and the hallways and rooms are very spacious. This was great as some other air bnbs we looked at had a lot of stairs which would not have been good for her. The handicaps accessible bathrooms was great too! Anything you could want in an air bnb or think of is in this air bnb, its great to know since its owned built by the same family, they really care and want you to have the same experience they would want if their family stayed there.

The Barndominium is a DREAM to stay at. The owners thought of absolutely everything and were so kind and welcoming. From heated floors in the bathrooms to a coffee station (particularly appreciated) to the relaxing and CLEAN jacuzzi, it was perfection. I highly recommend you stay here for a warm, cozy, and super fun experience!!

Where do I even begin?? 😃 Our 2026 Winter family vacation was soooo many things: relaxing, fun, amazing, and most of all….unique! I loved the amenities and in-house activities available for both adults and kids. There were so many “Wow! What a nice, special touch!” or “I didn’t even think of this…so glad they have it!” moments for all of us. My family and I were able to start our new year off perfectly with our stay at the Pocono Barndominium that I guarantee that we will be back again in the future!

This was such an incredible stay!! The hosts were so helpful and made sure our stay was exactly what we were looking for. They literally thought of everything to help you have an amazing vacation. The house was a vacation within itself. So much to do for kids AND adults and super spacious and clean. Our favorite was the theater room. Oh and did I mention it's dog--friendly??! An added bonus is the proximity to places like Jim Thorpe and other areas for outdoor lovers!! It was a truly unforgettable stay!
