place is perfect for a group. pool is heated, fairly small size. A lot of bedding options. Location is definitely outside the French quarter - so expect to drive or Uber there.

A group of us had to attend a conference in NOLA and this place served to be the perfect spot that accommodated our group! We rented a car and the house was an easy 7 min drive from the convention center. It is located in a quiet area, and was extremely clean, and stocked with every essential we could have needed. The heated pool was definitely the highlight and served as a nice relaxation area after a long day of networking and conferencing!

Came for mardi gra! It was an easy walk to St Charles Ave where we saw the parade! During a not so busy season it would be incredibly easy to get around town from this area!

Super well located and easy to get to Mardi gras parades. There was lots of space for a group of 8 of us. Was sadly too cold to use the pool but the back patio is beautiful and would have loved to hang out there! overall, our stay was super comfortable and Sam was really quick to respond to any questions.

Great spot that fits a group of people well. The outdoor area is a little oasis and a great grill to entertain your group. Great communication, clean space and everything you need. 10min walk to some of my favorite restaurants in town!

Highly recommend! Beautifully renovated, incredibly comfortable space. Pictures are very accurate. The foam mattress beds are super comfortable. Pool area is gorgeous and relaxing.

Really great and well maintained house. We loved it. Location is not charming but the house itself is and the pool backyard is lovely. Great house for a group - and still easy to walk to better neighborhoods if you’re walkers like we are - otherwise uber is easy
