Really top service. Everyone was great and we felt really looked after. Amenities were beautiful. The two pools were unreal

It is nice to have such a oasis in downtown Tulum. The hotel is morden and havs welcoming vibe all the time. The room is large and bed quality is good. The price is afforadble for students like me to travel.

I arrived by chance for a long stay. The reception staff is very warm and friendly, the hospitality and room service are exceptional, the location within the town of Tulum and the quality of the food make this hotel a great and top choice. My room is very spacious, elegant, and clean. It has two nice pools, elevator, and a very good atmosphere and drinks on the rooftop with a daily night party. Without a doubt, it's a top hotel in town for accommodation considering the price and hospitality. I hope to return with my parents in the future. Thank you to the staff so far.

I went with the Tulum Dinner Club and was impressed overall! Beautiful setting, wonderful drinks and food (I had tacos and would definitely go back for them), and a DJ with vibey music - all about it!

Fantastic Family Stay at Downtown Tulum Hotel! Our family had a wonderful stay at Downtown Tulum Hotel. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Tulum with easy walking access to great restaurants, shops, and local venues. It made exploring the area simple and enjoyable without needing to drive everywhere. Jose, our host, was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome and went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable. His commitment to guests is truly impressive — he checked in regularly, offered helpful tips, and shared excellent recommendations for local restaurants that did not disappoint. Every spot he suggested was a hit with our family! The hotel itself was clean, cozy, and had a relaxed atmosphere that perfectly fit the Tulum vibe. Our room was comfortable, quiet, and just what we needed after days of exploring. We’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend Downtown Tulum Hotel to anyone visiting Tulum — especially families looking for convenience, comfort, and top-notch hospitality. Chic, relaxed – with a lively rooftop vibe We loved our stay at this small, stylish hotel. Clean, airy rooms and a cozy courtyard with palm trees and a pool made for a peaceful daytime atmosphere. The architecture opens up three floors to the roof, which adds a light and open feel. Staff, especially Liz an Jesus,were super friendly and helpful. Do note: the rooftop bar plays loud music until 2 AM – great if you’re a night owl, but light sleepers might want to plan accordingly. Overall, a great stay for those who enjoy both chill days and vibrant nights!

This is the single greatest hotel in Tulum by far. I took my family here a couple weeks ago the service was more than any place that i have ever been , again far better then any place in Tulum or even in Mexico. The food was excellent great selections. drinks on time fast fast fast. Rooftop pool and bar come on man wait another total pool downstair to chill and swim. Excellence is here all around i could write a book on the greatness of this hotel just go there see for yourself JUST NOT WHEN I'AM HERE THANK YOU!!!
