There were 7 of us friends, and we had a great experience. Everything was super clean and tidy. There was plenty of space, and in the kitchen there was everything for cooking. We will definitely repeat when we go to Los Cabos!

Awesome place, super cool with 3 bedrooms with a bathroom and extremely comfortable king-sized beds. Bananagrams is fun to play, and the TV is super cool. We thought it was a painting. I recommend this one 1000%. The house is very nice, the details are perfect!! And they make your stay memorable. It's very close to everything, 5 minutes from downtown and restaurants. The pool is clean and it's excellently equipped. My group was delighted! We'll definitely come back.

We had the most wonderful stay at the condo in San José del Cabo! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was immaculate: spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location couldn’t have been more ideal—nestled in a quiet, peaceful part of town, yet only a 15-minute walk to the heart of San José’s vibrant downtown. We loved exploring the artistic, historic charm of the area and returning to such a serene place each evening. The views from the condo were the cherry on top: stunning desert landscapes, majestic mountains, and even glimpses of the ocean all in one. Communication was seamless from check-in to check-out. The hosts were incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and organized, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for a place that offers it all—comfort, convenience, charm, and breathtaking views—this is it. We couldn’t recommend it more and can’t wait to come back!

We stayed in Puerto Aventuras at the "Perfect Stay! Renovated Pool" private 4-bedroom villa. The house and grounds were gorgeous and our time before and during our stay with the Samson Waters team was perfect. We would definitely stay at this home again - so much to do and all within walking distance just as advertised.

I highly recommend to stay at Mara it’s beautiful. Fernando Rodriguez was our host for 5 days . Very clean , comfortable modern amenities. Fernando showed us hospitality very attentive to our group of 7. I had the best experience celebrating my bachelorette weekend. He even connected us with a transportation company that was very helpful and knowledgeable , affordable driver name Johan. Anything you need Fernando will accommodate. The place is beautiful you wake up and all you hear is birds and animal sounds just so tropical. Perfect location at Playa del Carmen .

Excellent stay. So close to everything but still the bedrooms were completely quiet at night. The communication was excellent. Received everything we needed to get to the place, get in the place and enjoy our time while we were there. Will very likely stay at the same location when we travel this way next January!

I stayed in an apartment on the 5th floor, which was peaceful, easy access to the 6th floor pool with views of Cozumel and beautiful sunsets ,and had a view into the middle of the building. Fernando Rodriguez was my contact and he was very helpful and responsive to my questions and requests. The apartment block is very convenient to the ferry and the main streets in the town. It’s safe, secure and very accessible. And I’m very thankful to Fernando and the team for making our stay so enjoyable.

If you are traveling to Cancun/Tulum/ Playa de Carmen etc. this is the place to stay at! It was 7 of us girls celebrating my cousins bachelorette and stayed at Mara and had the best host Fernando. He kept in contact with us before & during our trip to make sure we had everything we needed. He even booked us a a very lovely driver name Johan who drove us anywhere we wanted and was very patient with us. The condos also has huge mirrors that are perfect for pics. If you want to have the best experience in Cancun this is where you need to stay! ☺️

Their team are hardworking, caring, individuals who were accommodating, responsive, and fantastic to communicate with, and made our family vacation memorable and relaxing. The property we stayed in Playa del Carmen was a perfect location to access the beach and 5th, making it easy to move from sun and sand, to shopping, and trying out many local restaurants. The three bedroom condo also had a private rooftop pool which the 6 of us comfortably used and enjoyed immensely. Samson Waters gave us a variety of recommendations and didn’t disappoint for any of them! They truly strive to make your vacation seamless. If you need accommodations, transporting, local entertainment suggestions or bookings, groceries, or ideas on what to do in the area, Samson Waters should be at the top of your list to contact!

Samson Waters is an amazing and attentive property management team. I have used several other management teams before and SW is my go to. They have amazing properties, are quick to respond and always make sure we are satisfied. We have experienced issues, but if you know Playa, that is how it goes here and most every building will have something happen during your stay. It’s vacation though and honestly what other location would you love to be relaxing in? You won’t find a better team to take care of your needs. Brittini goes above and beyond even without prompting or asking. Rick is quality and customer focused. All of the staff is friendly and prompt. I will continue to use Samson Waters
