About the neighborhood
You’re in a residential neighborhood on the east end of 30A, 4 houses back from the private, deeded Seabreeze beach access, about 100 yards away. The HUB, Rosemary, Alys, Seacrest, and Kaia are all within 1 to 2 miles, with plenty of restaurants and gathering spots. Parking is off-street only, so plan to use the driveway.
Getting around
The beach is a 5-minute walk, and Rosemary and Alys are about 2 miles away by bike or golf cart. The Big Chill is about a mile from the house. Watersound Parkway is a mile away and connects to Highway 98, which runs east toward Panama City Beach and west toward Destin, with a Publix about 2 to 3 miles from the house.

How far is the beach?
The private, deeded Seabreeze beach access is about 100 yards from the home, within a 5-minute walk. The house is 4 houses back from it.
Is the pool heated, and is it safe for little kids?
Yes. It is a heated saltwater infinity pool with a zero-entry and a splash pad with fountain jets for babies and small children. The pool is large and can take 5 to 7 hours to warm up in winter, and a $100 per-day pool charge applies from October through April.
